22/4/2010 08:03 | Just as long as the share price is upheld | mustbefunny
22/4/2010 07:59 | In favour of Jetion! | matt
22/4/2010 07:57 | Maybe he means the legal proceedings being upheld! | katsy
22/4/2010 06:32 | Stegrego, I agree, I think they are trying their best. | matt
22/4/2010 00:40 | I think they probably just not that good at english and a rushed out statement. | stegrego
21/4/2010 23:22 | I don't think they've done any job. Why not announce the results date? Why the rather strangely worded 'The Board remains confident that this statement will be upheld'. It's now 4 months after the year end and 3 months after the t/s. Surely they know by now. Why upheld? Who's doing the upholding? It just reinforces the dodginess quotient in my mind. | mustbefunny
21/4/2010 23:03 | be an interesting opening, hopefully their IR team have done a decent job in calming the markets.... | qs9
21/4/2010 22:58 | Mustbefunny - my thought were the same, why the selling? and now we find out why. stinks. probably a good buying opportunity as no doubt this will be marked down am. | cool_hand
21/4/2010 22:30 | Plenty of 30000 sells in recent days. They were lucky weren't they as they couldn't possibly have known this was coming. | mustbefunny
21/4/2010 21:18 | they've got previous then ,trouble is it's like a lot of these china stocks " always something a little not quite kosha it seems" .... worrying. | ssvsjs2
21/4/2010 20:32 | Looks like a storm in a teacup to me.... | stegrego
21/4/2010 20:00 | thanku Steg i just wanted to know about JHL because i saw somewhere about WCC delisting | cordwainer
21/4/2010 19:25 | Yes somewhat of an overeaction i think.Worst case senario is they have to fork out $2.7M not good, but not the end of the world.Would like to have seen a results date though.Could be any time in the next nine weeks i guess. They should be good(second half anyway)and production is due to double from mid 2010 | jwe
21/4/2010 19:06 | Shame to get negative news. At least it's a minor issue in terms of value and validity. | matt
21/4/2010 18:46 | Maybe but there comes a point doesn't there. Tell you what if I were CEO (which I'm not) I wouldn't be releasing the results any time soon. They would be delayed indefinitely - waiting for this dust storm to peter out, waiting for the overhang to be cleared and then release them. If they're released tomorrow - the market wont notice them - the market will notice LEGAL PROCEEDINGS however. | chrismez
21/4/2010 18:42 | This one looks outside its control....looks minor enough IMO | qs9
21/4/2010 18:18 | Rumours??From where? | jwe
21/4/2010 17:40 | rumours, prelims end of next week, finals a month after. | kendo10
21/4/2010 17:37 | This share is hovering in the 90'S because there is one million shares to sell at one euro which were aquired from jetion europe. Once these have been sold, which could be in two or three time or after a good report possibly at the end of next week, we should see a nice rise. | kendo10
21/4/2010 17:16 | when are results do we have the day or is it just in the next month or so??? | slapdash
21/4/2010 17:10 | Really not too worried about this to be honest. Expected to get a couple of sellers on any kind of negative news. The results and ongoing success of this company will put pay to this drop in share price over a minor niggle. The company was not found to be negligent or to have produced faulty products, or to have a grieveance with any of its customers. It is simply a dispute over an order that was 3 years ago. i honestly do not see this as having a lasting bearing on the price of JHL. Anyone looking for a top up before results?? | hardrider8
21/4/2010 16:52 | irony is the share price drop might reduce the market cap much more than any capital loss from being sued....... won't reflect the likelihood that the legal action against JHL won't succeed. | slapdash
21/4/2010 16:41 | It equates to just over 10% of cash held at the interims FWIW | jwe |
