Easyjet offer a fixed roster pattern, staff travel and I believe they pay more. I cannot see anyone rushing to Jet2 from EasyJet or Wizz? Also ex RAF boys club very dominant at Jet2. |

Yes. Already qualified to fly the airbus so it's cheap recruitment and much much quicker, can have them flying in a week or two from start date rather than 2-3 months. |
