28/5/2020 18:24 | Might aswell be worth 100 billion until you get it out of the ground the current market will just ignore it .The big question is can JOG secure a farm out before next year when the cash runs out .In this market it's not going to be easy certainly not at $30 a barrel. | rbonnier
28/5/2020 17:21 | Can you focus more on why oil assets of £1b are currently valued at £20m (JOG market value) a discount of £980m. The last time you raised the salary subject Kak, JOG was at 60p so the market doesn't give a fig (up 66%). Thank you directors for succeeding to put those oil assets on the balance sheet in the period covered by the accounts btw. | mariopeter
28/5/2020 16:21 | Seems the remuneration issue, highlighted here many days ago, is raising concerns. Any comparison with Charity Execs is irrelevant as they are never worth the salaries stated. I for one will never contribute to a Charity that acts in such a ridiculous manner. As far as JOG is concerned the level of rewards do not reflect the value shareholders have recently enjoyed. There are many who hold Rights Issue shares at £2 and holding in the hope the bonanza will arrive. Those shareholders and many others have taken the risk and yet we see the Execs taking little or no risk even though being handsomely rewarded otherwise. The ballooning pay bill will be burning at least £1m pa at current rates. The 67% award last year could have been better structured, over, say, 3 years. | kakapo1
28/5/2020 14:27 | 220 mmbo of discovered recoverable oil is worth a heck of a lot more than £20m which is the market cap of JOG at £1.04. Enjoy the ride. | mariopeter

28/5/2020 07:50 | Tiny fraction of what top people in some charities get ! "Vicky Browning, chief executive of the charity leaders body Acevo, says it is important that charity chiefs are fairly remunerated for the skills, experience and responsibility involved in running a charity" | mariopeter
28/5/2020 02:07 | It will in time, I am sure. | pro_s2009
28/5/2020 00:59 | Their salaries £225k are by no means small some what double of the prime minister ! | rbonnier
28/5/2020 00:28 | That point was made before and quite a good spot. So the discovered resources moved from zero to 220 mmbo in the year that they took additional salary. Man each to their own and I pretty much agree with their increase. I am not concerned about the cash either as the farm-outs will demonstrate. I have seen much much worse when it comes to snouts in the trough but it does not mean that the directors have no faith in the Company. My reason for holding has zilch to do with level of salaries but everyone is different and that is why the world is round and not square. Just to add I also don't see why directors have to buy shares in the Company to give credibility. In my view their salaries are small and they have lives to lead. | mariopeter
27/5/2020 21:18 | No we only know that in 2018 and 2019 there were 5 Directors. 2018 - £557,341 2019 - £941,933 This is a 69% rise and is a possible Red Flag Especially if the directors wage bill 2020 is well over £1 million with probably less than £10 million in the bank . | rbonnier
27/5/2020 20:41 | Do we know the breakdown of salaries? | 36redhill

27/5/2020 17:03 | Catchingmice Bones is just eating the wrong diet, it looks like there is no "CALCIUM" so no wonder - peanuts - help with the diet, maybe some of your "mice" would be helpful also in putting some meat on those Bones. | master rsi |
