Well the trading statement was only till 9th july. After that the weather has been poor. So good chance of JDW also been feeling ill effects as well imo.

HSBC cautious on UK pubs, calls time on Greene King and JD Wetherspoon ratings

Wetherspoon sales boosted by good weather

JD Wetherspoon's like-for-like sales for the 11 weeks to 9 July increased by 5.3% and total sales increased by 3.6%.

In the year to date (50 weeks to 9 July) like-for-like sales increased by 3.9% and total sales increased by 1.9%.
