The Tories have been very generous. I'm wondering what more they can give claimants, many are already better off than working.

Surely those on benefits are likely to be better off under a Labour government than with Sunak's plans re benefit reforms? I'm not saying one party is any better than the other by the way, just saying how this comes across to me.

the history of UK Labour governments says exactly the reverse

Don't worry bb Labour look set to win and they are more likely to rob the rich to increase benefits than do what you suggest.

darrin you are quite right in that the 50ma although not very far above the 200ma is not currently below it, so my speculation may not come to pass, maybe I spoke to soon, all that's important is that the company does well and that the share price rises, atb bh

bountyhunter. Definitely not my area of expertise but I thought the 50ma had to be below the 200ma, then the 50ma cross and move above the 200ma to form a golden cross.
If the 50ma is above the 200ma and crosses by moving down below the 200ma then that is a death cross??

darrin, I didn't say it is a golden cross, reread my post #728 I simply suggested that one could form. That was 3 days ago, it's now looking less likely but both moving averages are still ascending and pretty close together.

It seems that Tim is not at all bothered by the prospect of a Labour government and may welcome one, which may bode well for JDW going forwards.

Mr.e yes but bear in mind that there's some really interesting buildings which have been turned into Spoons which are enjoyed by many in the city.

Most of the one's I visit are far too busy for older workers, especially with the Table Service. I've asked several if they like being that busy and they've all said they don't mind as the shift goes quicker.
Nearly all the Staff enjoy the Food and Drink in them too! 20% discount for them.

A majority voted for Brexit so Tim will be loved by the majority of punters, not to mention those that simply like to pay half of elsewhere for their food and drinks in some very interesting buildings converted to Spoon's establishments.
And then there's the Euro's crowds boosting receipts this summer. It will be a bonus for Tim if England win tonight in which case we might get further by avoiding Germany in the last 16!

In a Golden Cross the MA's are ascending as in the JDW chart, so certainly not a DC as they are not descending.
