Grip, the thing is they are undervalued in my eyes, however the whole U.K. markets are undervalued compared to others. It doesn’t mean that will correct any time soon.

Retail doesn’t fair well in recessions, profits are about 10% less than predicted, we don’t know if that will repeat itself in 3 or 6 months.
