25/2/2024 13:47 | There's no longer a requirement for listed companies to provide advanced notification of the date of publication of financial results. If you look at the page more closely the next AGM is set for the 18th April 2024. The financial results have to be published well before then. Seems you have an unhealthy obsession looking for issues where none actually exists. Social media doesn't need yet more conspiracy theories. More than enough as it is. | thrugelmir
25/2/2024 13:24 | hxxp://www.jarvissec Key Dates - Full / interim results are no longer showing - Mmmmmmm ! How about this for my placard? MORE 'HEAD'S MUST ROLL As a reference to the catalyst to this disaster - clever uh ? | tenapen
22/2/2024 08:43 | XD today, payable 19/3 | cwa1
17/2/2024 06:24 | Thug, Work is very quiet - these shares are up so I could sell for a profit to fund a trip darn souf - so you never know - I might see you down in't smoke - will not waste my time waiting to ask a question then like a politician s reply - words but no answer. I would be noticable outside the door with a placard - SACK THE BOARD or maybe write something more Northern - Mmmmmm ! | tenapen
17/2/2024 00:36 | There's the issue of company law when it come to thresholds of share ownership in a publicly limited company. Next AGM should be interesting. Looking forward to the questions from the floor. Though keyboard warriors , in my personal experience , remain silent in open meetings. For fear of looking foolish. | thrugelmir
16/2/2024 19:08 | Thanks steelwatch, Two months closed period to the board buying shares, is not the same as from when the FCA investigation started in September 2022. It's on the road to a recovery and a clean bill of health, an expensive Bill !. My hope is a bigger player will take a look at Jarvis and offer the Grant family a deal they can't refuse. | tenapen
16/2/2024 14:23 | close period (i) The period of two months preceding the publication of an AIM company’s annual results (or, if shorter, the period from its financial year end to the time of publication) P25 | steelwatch
16/2/2024 14:12 | If this was / is so ! couldn't Jarvis add a this restriction note to an RNS ?. I can't see the FCA having a restricted on a company highlighting a restriction. I don't have much money but there may be people with deep pockets who would have bought with that information Mmmmmm !. Let's hope the 1C form has been handed over and this disaster can come to a end. | tenapen
16/2/2024 14:03 | Indeed tiswas The Phase 1C report is due to be delivered to the FCA, by no later than 28 February 2024. Further updates will be provided as appropriate. Next Final Announcement 07 March 2024 Next AGM 18 April 2024 | steelwatch
16/2/2024 13:08 | Directors dealings probably restricted by what is going on imo. | tiswas
16/2/2024 12:35 | Other than a few c£300 buys around the 50-60p level I have been waiting for the directors to show some confidence and buy JIM - still waiting! Up two days in a row - nice | tenapen
16/2/2024 10:05 | @tiswas Well to be fair this one has been like trying to catch a falling knife until yesterday, well done anyone who did so but I'm just hoping that the upwards trajectory continues as I'm licking my wounds on this stock. | bmcollins
16/2/2024 09:55 | Hmm. Decided about 12 months ago I would stop averaging down in stocks as it rarely worked. Back to the drawing board! | tiswas
16/2/2024 09:24 | Should we rename as a docu-soap, factual drama. Very pleased the share price is attempting a recovery today. | jody_lloyd
16/2/2024 06:15 | Me moaning I would guess , Jody. I'm cool with that, the points i make are true. Jarvis could easily have tagged a few lines on yesterday's RNS - the 1C form has been handed in - then we know. Good to have a dividend all the same. | tenapen
15/2/2024 20:11 | What is the social media comment about? Or have I missed some content this infers? | jody_lloyd
15/2/2024 11:03 | Talk about a soap opera. Sometimes social media is simply a waste of space. | thrugelmir
15/2/2024 09:03 | Pleasantly surprised, maybe we can see a sustained turnaround. I will give another few trading days before reviewing the charts. | jody_lloyd
15/2/2024 08:32 | Great to see a dividend :-) It would have been nice to tag a few lines on bottom. Just a investigation update. I guess we wait until the results. | tenapen
15/2/2024 08:24 | Q1 1.75p. Annualise and that's 7p. If they think that's a sustainable level of income, post reviews etc, I guess you're looking at a £1+ share price. A bit of an "if" mind you.... | eezymunny
15/2/2024 07:36 | Great to see the dividend reinstated. Let's hope we can get it back up to where it was ASAP. | evaluate
15/2/2024 07:04 | 'The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.75 pence per share, to be paid on 19 March 2024 to shareholders on the register on 23 February 2024 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 22 February 2024'... | davea42
14/2/2024 16:05 | The board needs modernisation, we all would like better transparency. Modern world is data driven tenapen. Just keep those expectations to zero and then anything else is a bonus. | jody_lloyd
14/2/2024 15:51 | The Phase 1C report is due to be delivered to the FCA, by no later than 28 February 2024. Further updates will be provided as appropriate. | tenapen |
