Q1 1.75p. Annualise and that's 7p. If they think that's a sustainable level of income, post reviews etc, I guess you're looking at a £1+ share price. A bit of an "if" mind you....

The board needs modernisation, we all would like better transparency. Modern world is data driven tenapen.

Just keep those expectations to zero and then anything else is a bonus.

Before you come back with you're defence of the board as you always have since you appeared on this thread, hours after the fateful RNS dropped.
I would hope Jarvis are not waiting until the last day (28th February) before handing in to the FCA the final report !!!!! being Jarvis we will never know !. But they could issue a statement saying the report has been handed over blar blar blar.

"Finish date for the FCA investigation - 28th Feb

Final results - 7th March

I hear you, I won’t comment on that situation as would be wrong for me. But good practice would be to give monthly RNS updates for shareholders to have 1. An understanding of the situation 2. Progression and updates.

I do not believe in closed loop information unless of course it is merger or acquisition talks before approach of offer have been made.

I just rant on.

More educated and British stiff upper lip types just put up with it.

We all make mistakes and get it wrong, that's how we learn !. But how can they have not spotted the Model b wrongdoing?. I don't know how many of these accounts they have or how often an account it opened, but come on your job is to keep an overview of them.

I'll keep ranting until or if things improve.

I know what you mean, there are some very good and talented people within the firm. Unfortunately the systemic problems hold the talent back. I do not want to speak ill of the company as mentioned it could be a gem. This is one of the reasons for me buying as I like to advocate change and voting rights may help. The share structure with the Grant family and the Grant Trust allocations make it near on impossible to force change for anyone as an activist shareholder.

Contract went on longer than expected, so one could not complain. Frustration for me is how bloody good the company can be.

We are on countdown to next weeks 1st quarter dividend declaration date .... see if Jarvis declare one and what amount it will be, if they do.
As I am still signed up for the DRIP, so a share price in the gutter is good for my tally if the share price ever recovers ! .....

but this company ..... :-/

Unfortunately they cannot trade upwards all the time the position stays the same. Sadly since my contract ended not much seems to have changed and no new updates. I know they lost another Compliance manager as she has just started at elsewhere. I still see the price slipping to below 50. Hence why I am waiting before going in again.
