15/2/2024 11:03 | Talk about a soap opera. Sometimes social media is simply a waste of space. | thrugelmir
15/2/2024 09:03 | Pleasantly surprised, maybe we can see a sustained turnaround. I will give another few trading days before reviewing the charts. | jody_lloyd
15/2/2024 08:32 | Great to see a dividend :-) It would have been nice to tag a few lines on bottom. Just a investigation update. I guess we wait until the results. | tenapen
15/2/2024 08:24 | Q1 1.75p. Annualise and that's 7p. If they think that's a sustainable level of income, post reviews etc, I guess you're looking at a £1+ share price. A bit of an "if" mind you.... | eezymunny
15/2/2024 07:36 | Great to see the dividend reinstated. Let's hope we can get it back up to where it was ASAP. | evaluate
15/2/2024 07:04 | 'The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.75 pence per share, to be paid on 19 March 2024 to shareholders on the register on 23 February 2024 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 22 February 2024'... | davea42
14/2/2024 16:05 | The board needs modernisation, we all would like better transparency. Modern world is data driven tenapen. Just keep those expectations to zero and then anything else is a bonus. | jody_lloyd
14/2/2024 15:51 | The Phase 1C report is due to be delivered to the FCA, by no later than 28 February 2024. Further updates will be provided as appropriate. | tenapen
14/2/2024 15:44 | Before you come back with you're defence of the board as you always have since you appeared on this thread, hours after the fateful RNS dropped. I would hope Jarvis are not waiting until the last day (28th February) before handing in to the FCA the final report !!!!! being Jarvis we will never know !. But they could issue a statement saying the report has been handed over blar blar blar. | tenapen
14/2/2024 13:31 | It's a closed period.............. | thrugelmir
14/2/2024 11:40 | Much hinges on whether or not there is an RNS tomorrow... | steelwatch
14/2/2024 11:33 | AJB - HL. & CMCX all UP again JIM DOWN again - we're not liking the silence jarvis. Say something. | tenapen
13/2/2024 07:59 | Good luck fella’s I’m at zero expectations for price recovery, but remain on the sideline to pick some more stock up at the right moment. | jody_lloyd
13/2/2024 07:25 | Morning bmcollins, All ...... and toes :-/ | tenapen
13/2/2024 07:15 | @tenapen Indeed, fingers firmly crossed by all shareholders... | bmcollins
13/2/2024 06:48 | No bigger month coming for Jarvis and it's shareholders. 1st quarter dividend declaration - 15th Feb "Finish date for the FCA investigation - 28th Feb Final results - 7th March *The Phase 1C report is due to be delivered to the FCA, by no later than 28 February 2024. 12/2/2024 15:08 | I hear you, I won’t comment on that situation as would be wrong for me. But good practice would be to give monthly RNS updates for shareholders to have 1. An understanding of the situation 2. Progression and updates. I do not believe in closed loop information unless of course it is merger or acquisition talks before approach of offer have been made. | jody_lloyd
12/2/2024 14:49 | I just rant on. More educated and British stiff upper lip types just put up with it. We all make mistakes and get it wrong, that's how we learn !. But how can they have not spotted the Model b wrongdoing?. I don't know how many of these accounts they have or how often an account it opened, but come on your job is to keep an overview of them. I'll keep ranting until or if things improve. | tenapen
12/2/2024 14:17 | I know what you mean, there are some very good and talented people within the firm. Unfortunately the systemic problems hold the talent back. I do not want to speak ill of the company as mentioned it could be a gem. This is one of the reasons for me buying as I like to advocate change and voting rights may help. The share structure with the Grant family and the Grant Trust allocations make it near on impossible to force change for anyone as an activist shareholder. | jody_lloyd
12/2/2024 12:45 | AJB - HL. & CMCX moving higher again today - JIM down Jody, I agree this could again be a bloody good company. Just need to get rid of their obnoxious phone staff and poor management :-/ | tenapen
09/2/2024 16:29 | Contract went on longer than expected, so one could not complain. Frustration for me is how bloody good the company can be. | jody_lloyd
09/2/2024 16:17 | Sorry your contract ended Jody We are on countdown to next weeks 1st quarter dividend declaration date .... see if Jarvis declare one and what amount it will be, if they do. As I am still signed up for the DRIP, so a share price in the gutter is good for my tally if the share price ever recovers ! ..... but this company ..... :-/ 2024 Q1 2024 Latest Announcement Date: 15 February 2024 Ex Date: 22 February 2024 Record Date: 23 February 2024 Last Date for DRIP Elections: 08 March 2024, 3:00pm Payment Date: 19 March 2024 | tenapen
09/2/2024 16:01 | Unfortunately they cannot trade upwards all the time the position stays the same. Sadly since my contract ended not much seems to have changed and no new updates. I know they lost another Compliance manager as she has just started at elsewhere. I still see the price slipping to below 50. Hence why I am waiting before going in again. | jody_lloyd |
