The pertinent bit:

"Accordingly, the Company has formally transferred ownership of Pedra Branca Brasil Mineracao Ltda. to PBBM Holdings Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ValOre, in consideration for the issuance of 22,000,000 ValOre common shares to Jangada (the "Initial Consideration Shares"), and receipt by Jangada of the first tranche of cash proceeds in the amount of C$750,000.

Following the issuance of the Initial Consideration Shares, Jangada will have a holding of 26 per cent in ValOre's then enlarged share capital."

I thought more would take the opp to average down or buy. Surely at 0.98 to buy it is worth the punt if nothing else.

"Boing" said Zeberdee (for share price rebound) - hopefully not "time for bed" .... (for those that remember the Magic Roundabout)...

Silence is golden? or perhaps not, but interestingly following the recent demise in the value of sterling and the strengthening Canadian dollar, along with the increase in the share price of ValOre Metals, the Pedra Branca deal is now worth in £ terms, £5,827,500.00, not too shabby for a circa £2m market cap and we still retain 100% of Ptombeiras West,....GL S.

St, perhaps your timing is spot on, as it would appear the funds are on route to Jangada imminently by the looks of things,....GL S

tg, you raise a very good point regarding JP and his Discovery Group network and there is a lot more to this than absorbing Andy’s VO chart, Jim Paterson and his colleagues at the Discovery group have achieved some of the greatest successes the junior mining sector has seen over the last few years, it is worth reviewing the back story of Kaminak Gold Corp., which was sold to Goldcorp for $520 million, and Northern Empire Resources Corp. Which was sold this past summer to Coeur Mining for $117 million, in addition they have other high-quality resource projects, such as Bluestone Resources Inc., Fireweed Zinc Ltd. and Great Bear Resources, all of which have had significant success over the last year, as they have moved those projects forward, so PB in my opinion is now in very good hands, that have access to a very supportive financial network, so it will be interesting to see what ValOre’s plans are for PB as we move forward, along with their development of their other assets which Jangada now have access to, plus Jangada are in a position where they can focus their full attention on the suggested tier 1 potential of the Vanadium asset at Ptombeiras West, ....GL S

I would suggest a read and disgust of the technical report that was filed a couple of days ago and can be found at the following link, when you enter the ValOre Metals details...

Tommy,

Have you seen the Valore chart?

The 91k was mine. I have been involved since they listed on AIM, didn't like the ValOre deal at first but listened to a few YouTube videos of Jim Patterson and my opinion has changed. We have a shareholding in a company who's BoD have performed extremely well over the years and don't seem to have any issue raising large lumps of cash.We haven't been diluted down, we have cash now, we have a nice manageable vanadium project and we have exposure to the other ValOre projects plus we are currently valued at half of what we have in cash & listed holdings!

Thanks, yes - I guess that's the likely case and presumably further buying will be stimulated by that lengthy report.

Currently JAN is just so far off the radars and many folks who like the look of the business will already be holding from much higher.

Anyone going to the general meeting? Think i will make an effort to go - would like to know more about the very sudden decision from about to release a BFS to selling off PB and totally spooking the market.

And the pessimistic view?
paleje

The optimistic view...It leaves us with circa £2.7m in cash, a substantial shareholding in ValOre and exposure to their other assets, the knowledge that PB is fully funded for major exploration and expansion, with on-going support from the Discovery Group, along with now having sufficient funds to explore and expand the Vanadium asset at PW, along with being non-dilutive to Jangada shareholders,....GL S
