“Following the successful disposal of Pedra Branca Brasil, Jangada has been issued 22,000,000 ValOre common shares in ValOre. Jangada is also due to receive cash payments of C$2,000,000 over the next 6 months and up to 3,000,000 ValOre common shares over the next 3 years. At this point, one must look at the value of Jangada in relation to its market capitalisation of £2.33M The shares in ValOre are worth C$0.24 each, making the 22M share worth C$5.28M, which converting to sterling equates to ~£3.29M, with a further £1.25M to come over the next 6 months. Jangada’s only remaining asset is the Ptombeiras West vanadium deposit. They have completed an expanded outcrop sampling campaign. Results from 72 samples confirmed continuous high-grade vanadium, titanium and iron grades at surface, with grades reported as high as 1.1 % vanadium (V O ), 14.3 % titanium (TiO ) and 61.4 % iron (Fe). 252, Jangada should be able to settle their debts and have plenty to fund exploration at Ptombeiras.”

Yes agreed, it's in a very strong position now considering its small MCAP. The VANADIUM potential for a world class asset is what interests me. The grades were 3 times higher than expected and the play seems to extend quite far. With CPR due this quarter the share price could dramatically rise from these levels. I also like the fact of the 26% Holding on valore metals corp which looks a very decent Canadian EXPLORER. Plus JAN still have a good interest in there platinum asset that was sold and don't need to worry about funding it. So the way I see it, it's a win win.

L15, the free float is probably less than 20% and with no need for an equity raise for the foreseeable future, once more people get to understand the depth and substance of the deal, it should gather some serious momentum,...GL S

L15, nice one and good to see some positivity, the point on ValOre is also a very good one, as Jim Paterson and his work as part of the Discovery Group is very highly thought of in the Canadian sector and I wouldn’t be surprised to see Jangada being on the radar as a very cheap entry to coverage of ValOre,....GL S

Well I've been reading through all the details and I have to say for an MCAP of £2.25 million and a cash amount due of $3 million dollars plus 26% in valore which is a good exploration company with a 20 million MCAP itself on the Canadian market it seems very undervalued. I've started buying anyway. Large exploration licence with CPR due in Q3.

Information on ValOre

ValOre Metals Corp. (TSX-V: VO) is a Vancouver based company with a portfolio of high-quality uranium and precious metal exploration projects in Canada. In addition to the Baffin Gold Property, ValOre holds Canada's highest-grade uranium resource outside of Saskatchewan. ValOre's 89,852-hectare Angilak Property in Nunavut Territory hosts the Lac 50 Trend with a NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 2,831,000 tonnes grading 0.69% U3O8, totalling 43.3 million pounds U3O8. ValOre's comprehensive exploration programs have demonstrated the "District Scale" potential of the Angilak Property.

In Saskatchewan, ValOre holds a 100% interest in the 13,711-hectare Hatchet Lake Property and a 50% interest in the 131,412-hectare Genesis Property, both located northeast of the north-eastern margin of the uranium-producing Athabasca Basin.

ValOre's team has forged strong relationships with sophisticated resource sector investors and partner Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) on both the Angilak and Baffin Gold Properties. ValOre was the first company to sign a comprehensive agreement to explore for uranium on Inuit Owned Lands in Nunavut Territory, Canada and is committed to building shareholder value while adhering to high levels of environmental and safety standards and proactive local community engagement.

Indeed. Seems to seriously de-risk this. They have cash to explore remaining asset and a significant stake of 26% in a larger more diversified explorer. Not my favourite metal mind you. Prefer the glinty stuff at the moment but does seem an exceptional risk reward at .95p and £2.25m market cap. You would expect it to trade both close to the cash + Valore stake and beyond that move with Valore stock price or it's own exploration news.

See the company RNS says they get C$2m (EDIT: Note they say already received c$.75) but Valore say C$3m which is about £1.85m
22m shares at C$.24c is about £3.35m

Market cap £2.25m?

“ValOre holds Canada’s highest-grade uranium resource outside of Saskatchewan, and one of the highest grade uranium resources on a global basis. The 105,280 hectare Angilak Property in Nunavut Territory, hosts the Lac 50 Trend with a NI 43-101 Inferred Resource of 2,831,000 tonnes grading 0.69% U3O8, totaling 43.3 million pounds U3O8. Kivalliq’s comprehensive exploration programs continue to advance the Lac 50 Trend and demonstrate the “District Scale” potential of the Angilak Property. For disclosure related to the inferred resource for the Lac 50 Trend uranium deposits, please refer to Kivalliq’s (the predecessor company to ValOre) news release of March 1, 2013.”

“ValOre has invested over C$55 million in the Angilak Property since the acquisition on exploration, logistics, studies, and resource delineation work. Discovery potential at Angilak is significant, providing excellent potential to add value with an upward move in uranium prices.“
