But Norbus you did just declare that the next bull market had started . A bull market starts when the bottom has been reached . You sound like Trump changing your big statement each time the signal changes

Now that is a bold call . Over past few years the printed money has largely ended us in the stock market inflating the bubble but this time may be a bit different after the usual dead cat on news that the presses are working overtime . Seems to me that big inflation is now in the pipe

I feel sure ITM-Linde will be watching the Gaps open and close, as this will determine the future course of clean energy..Its a pity that the other clutter about hydrogen economy taking shape clutters the expert forecasts about gaps. The opening and closing gaps of interest to most gentlemen are nothing to do with charts.. The collapse of the oil price with a back wind pushing clean energy is really superb, since if Clean energy can weather this disadvantage today,as it should giving the politics, it will sail through once oil appreciates.. leaving it well behind. The danger to hydrogen is decades away from cleaned US Coal and Hydrogen Boron fusion

Investor returns on renewables projects 'now competitive with oil & gas' as coronavirus strikes. Beyond the capital repositioning by oil & gas companies, IEA chief Fatih Birol argued last week that the coronavirus economic stimulus packages being drawn up by governments around the world should build-in “large scale” spending on clean energy technologies including wind, solar, green hydrogen and carbon capture and storage, as it would “bring the twin benefits of stimulating economies and accelerating clean energy transitions”. Wind delivers 'more than half' of record UK renewables power output. “This will continue as we build a modern energy system, moving away from fossil fuels to reach net zero emissions as fast as possible. As well as wind, we’ll use innovative new technologies like renewable hydrogen and marine power, and we’ll scale up battery storage.

Skinny26 Mar '20 - 07:48 - 2318 of 2319 Just for clarity:- the DOW closed up 495.64 @21,200.55 ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, The Dow was up over 1100 points before Pelosi threw another wobbly to cause a close of rise halved. bunti1 The market will look forward to cures, vaccine development, and a return to work. The economy in the US will surge like never before, with a huge increase in manufacturing jobs as USA reverses offshoring jobs , and renegotiated trade deals, turning the deficit on trade into huge surplus given energy self sufficiency

My only fear here is that with the Fed bail out all of the big ‘good’ or supportive moves have now been announced and markets hit their bounce. As we look forwards over the next couple of weeks I can only see that there will be more and more news as this virus becomes ‘real’ as opposed to something haha has been happening b somewhere else. I think gene US in particular is in for a rude awakening and fear is never good for markets

The Dow up another 1000+ today ; Looking positive now the $2 Trillion relief bill is through. If back to work Easter or even end of April, the wave of optimism will flush the index beyond 25000+ I do not understand why the £ has tanked. Is it Boris overspending or Brexit?

Plenty of decent articles today :- Fuel Cells: The Better Backup Power Solution for Scandinavia. "Hydrogen fuel cells: A mature, robust backup power technology". SFC Energy deploys 1,000th fuel cell in Singapore to support public safety and health. Real world action needed for hydrogen, says IEA’s David Turk. “Hydrogen is very squarely back on the energy agenda around the world. It’s quite striking to me the breadth and depth of interest in hydrogen, certainly from countries around the world, coming at it for all sorts of different reasons.”
