People don't like the thought of a takeover on here but at the level we are at now it's a distinct possibility. Somewhere around 160-180 could do it eventually, don't think it's imminent though.

ITM's financial year ends 30th April- the Board needs to consider how the business funds itself over the next 2 yrs. The current share price may deter a rights issue/placement, cost of funding debt is increasing due to central bankers. I think the only option is for ITM to sell itself.

I think ITM should prove themselves as a profitable company before making any move. Perhaps build a factory in the U S might help.

If you look at Arm ipo set for USA, CRH & Ferguson actual or rumoured jump to US listing, should ITM Power move its listing to US as well? There comes a time Boards of plcs who can show the London market isn't valuing should move to other markets.
