Bottom is surely here or thereabouts. At the moment the market is valuing ITM just above their (current) cash position, which given the potential as a leader in their sector is crazy low.

Graham yes I agree the past encumbent was wasteful to say the least but the damage is far from rectified yet and the cash burn is still alarming and will see the cash pile dwindle pretty fast . It will take years to generate income to any notable level by which time the cash will be massively depleted .

With a 480mkt cap currently I see that as grossly overvalued for a very high risk given the headwinds itm face . . Revenues won't grow as fast as cash is depleted and so the value will decrease . Doesn't look a savvy investment to me no matter how rose tinged your glasses are I'll pop back in 6 months and see who was right

So do you think what your posting is not known to the market?

It’s all out there yet shorters are reducing their positions.

Bad times at ITM are hopefully in the past when it was run by someone who couldn’t handle the amount of cash available to him.

I kept saying he was treating it as Monopoly money to fund his empire of boffins.

ITM is fully focused on production. It will take time but with renewables increasing year on year storing this additional energy is going to be key.

Batteries are fine but use a lot of raw materials, lose storage capacity over time and lose electricity in colder climates.

Not short or panicking here just stating what I see and I posted some months ago whe the shareprice was around 150p . Now look at it and with a mkt cap of 480m I still feel this is grossly overvalued with the amount of burn rate it has .
Let's see where it is in another 12 months . My guess will be 50p as the cash dwindles away and revenues nowhere near where they need to be

What I expected the transition to making money has been pushed a long way down the line and cash is going down far too fast resulting in cost cutting etc. Unfortunately for me they still look far to distant from breaking even before the cash dwindles even with the measures taken .
At 487m current market cap with 2m revenue and losses of over 80m there looks to be further downside risk for the coming years until they sign big deals that generate revenue and profits .
I don't see them sitting to that point before the cash levels are almost gone and further funding required.

Seen plenty of leading tech companies unable to turn a great invention into a profit making one and this looks to be one of those . Good luck lth'ers your going to need it imo. Mkt cap is scary and I expect this will see a big fall as the cash is depleted and it remains heavily loss making for some time to come. The cost cutting wasn't severe enough when your making such bigol losses and not generating revenue .

Why would Linde buy them out they practically have control

Why not develop them into a major company then sell some shares for £20 per share. 😁

SP subdued. Longer it stays around this level the more likely a full Linde takeover imo. What price would institutions that have ploughed in at 400p accept now I wonder? 150p? 200p?
