They have no reason to take ITM, they already have control via CEO.

What they want is consistent electrolysers to feed their customers. Only 3 months into the job and already changing the future of ITM to mass production.

He already said no intention of them taking ITM although additional buying would screw up the shorters

Rock solid case for linde takeover... How much of a premium did BOC go for ? That's the one thing that creates massive FOMO. I wouldn't want to out when that lands. You take your chances. It's been all lined up... When we saw the linde man take the helm. When this happens we will all instantly feel great warmth from the pile of wretched lying shorters... Nel planning u.s factory. How long before we are taken over there?

Remember this classic thread …

Has Norbus fallen on his sword ?
This “8 quid by Friday” line epitomised his tenure here as chief loser ..

I’m embarrassed that despite people pointing out what’s now obvious I didn’t short immediately
The day the pipeline vanished and they were announcing hood update was almost certifiable

Hydrogen: A promising new energy carrier, but how can projects be financed?

"Banks will also ask if the technology selected for large hydrogen projects has been proven to work at scale. Having this confidence in the technology will promote the willingness of other stakeholders (offtakers, technology providers and the chemicals industry) to commit capital and banks will want to see this shared risk among all project stakeholders, at least for the first couple of projects. It is all a question of risk, but also delivery. Large projects require a lot of engineering hours and input. Does the project company have the experience to deliver within the timescales of the project?"

If ITM manages to execute their 12-month priorities plan and successfully establish key reference plants, this could mark a major turning point for the company and catalyse a powerful shift in demand for their products.
