Very happy with a Linde man being put in charge. Hopefully he will bring in a new CFO, get the 2MW stack fixed and the Yara project back on track. We also need someone experienced in manufacturing ramp ups for the point where we start getting 100MW projects coming through (i.e. refhyne 2, gigastack). Very good to have got this appointment through.

Attempting the GEP for projects before getting the MEP standard sorted would be foolish, and costly.
