All the big offshore wind farms, if they are built is super super fast time will not be able to transmit the power south.Great opportunity for ITM to lease kit to 'soak up' all the power that is being switched off because there is no transmission capacity. The new onshore site in Shetland by SSE (UK largest site onshore) was paid over £3M sshut down money in the first month of operation.Pay ITM £5m and the payback will be 3-6 months. |
