cda.

i know how you feel. with all the interest & buying this should, in theory, be rising.

Cannot add anything at this stage

most of my portfolio is showing blue, so come on ite dont be left out, directors buying, profits are there, institutions buying and a rumour of a bid approach? all good things to make this share go higher.

so rise ite!

kitkat. thanks for responding. cyc & idn are two tiddlers that i follow and contact companies about, both very open & helpful.

Chairman of IDN, Roberts, built up & then sold(for £30m+) MISYS. I hope he can do just a small part of that for IDN over next year or so. The FD Darren Giddons seems nice bloke, very sharp and keen for success - I like that. Interims out end of March.

CYC wild & woolly, but MD McAlister is a good communicator. They may well have some good news in near future.

See those two trades just after 2 p.m. both 1m sales it looks like. Normally that would have been sufficient to drive down price considerably. but it did not. ????

idn - telecom (i've been bitten badly by telecoms) and cyc is fairly new - not sure

Kitkat.

thanks for comment. So much buying of ITE by directors etc in past few weeks. Do you think they know a bid is coming. D. Mail said a few days ago that more than one company might be after ITE.

and i shall look at spb.

I am not very good at reading into the meaning of buys, company news etc. so I would appreciate it if you have any opinion on IDN or CYC

Exhibitions organiser ITE Group held at 30.25p, but is worth watching, according to the Daily Mail. It said Veronis Suhler, the US investment boutique, has been quietly adding to its 18% stake. It aquired most of its holding at 70p and once had an offer in the region of 85p rejected. Word is that a European group is also sniffing around and is ready to launch a bid before Veronis gets the urge to try again

polakattack.

Well, that question brought a lot of reation, didn't it? I bt @ 25p and am holding for some sort of action from V A Shuler, or whatever they are called. Read somewhere they paid 70p per share last year, so they are pretty cheesed off with things. They now own 20%+ I think.

It is a wait & see.
