07/1/2019 16:49 | Dex, we've all (myself certainly included) bought into shares at the wrong time. But while looking at the past can be valuable, it's important to evaluate any share mostly looking forward IMO | ![]() cyberbub

07/1/2019 15:59 | Do you ever do any research?? Or do you just buy into anything going up then get spiked . Credibility is zero imvho | thecashmoney
07/1/2019 15:56 | Was it Go West in the 80's who has a song called "the king of wishful thinking" ? There really are some dreamers on here. Talking about the share price being 56p for gods sake ! If these EVER get over (or anywhere near) 10p I'll be amazed. I'll also then break even - but any expectation of that has long since faded away once I realised I'd bought a dog. I have yet to see any evidence that is isn't still a dog.... | ![]() dexdringle
07/1/2019 15:32 | It was in the investment case for placees.Akzonobel have 14b market share ,keen to reduce cost and have bio polymer product range .Out perform s oil base and itaconix have the cheapest cost of all competition by 90 percent reduction.Any of the major s would like to sign ,but looks like akzonobel have exclusivity agreement as seen in previous rns . | thecashmoney
07/1/2019 15:16 | How do we know the deal with AN is worth $30m please? | ![]() jonnyfro
07/1/2019 14:36 | Last placing was fully institutional, you have to ask why they was keen to invest here. This deal with akzonobel is worth 30 m per annum. If you use a p/e ratio of 15 ,the industry standard being 20. If only 33 percent was profit you would be looking at a m cap of 150m and a share price of circa 56p.The industry is worth around 110m per annum .The tech at ITX produces itaconic acid at 90 percent discount to it peers.Akzonobel have 1.3 b market share and imho would be taking full capacity of 30 m form itaconic. The deal has run over lose timescales of the 31st of December but evidence is there that this is near a conclusion. With limited shares in free float the re rate here will be significant .This is not your usual aim share ,it's one to hold and wait for the incoming announcement. | thecashmoney
07/1/2019 13:36 | Quite! AQUISITION !!!!!!! Watch this space ;-) | splatted
07/1/2019 13:28 | Think from Akzo's point of view. If you're about to sign a long-term $30M p.a. contract with ITX (actual cost of production say $15M), and you have a massive pile of cash available, would it not make sense to buy the company for say 10 × $15M, and then you've made your money back within a fairly standard 10 years, and it's jam after that... as well as got yourself a marketing competitive advantage in terms of eco-friendliness!The main fly in the ointment for this theory could be that ITX has already signed a couple of deals with other companies, but these are relatively small beer and could be 'bought out'... where there's a will there's a way...NAI | ![]() cyberbub

07/1/2019 11:12 | When it rises to 8p + there was no expectations like now we are close to the real news; why is there no interest especially when news is well over due as the bod project by end of Dec 2018 for news? This should have been trading at 6+ at least. | aba978731dom
