Jackie1Hi JackieInteresting post.On the croda itx relationshipBryan Dobson is ex ici and crodaBryan Dobson and Kevin Matthews we're both involved at oxonicaKevin ceo and Bryan a nedOxonica has a patented productcalled optisol that they signed croda up to distribute in 2006A few years on croda ended up buying the ip from oxonica, manufacturing the product themselves and paying oxonica a license feeOxonica had boots as a major customerNow we have zinador from itx for odour controlCroda are distribution partnersAgain the croda/Kevin/Bryan link comes trueCroda have forestall for odour controlBut are distributing zinador and promoting at any given opportunity see below from sepawa in Octoberhttps://www.linkedin.com/feed/update/urn:li:activity:6458351170862800896So croda have a massive commitment to sustainability so my guess is that zinador offers them more on the sustainability front than forestall does.Croda in their annual reports report % growth in new and patented products to highlight to shareholders what percentage of their sales is 'ring fenced'So there must be a compelling argument with zinador for1. Croda to even consider distributing2. To replace an existing Croda owned new and patented productCroda are a speciality chemicals company and won't be trading zinador for 10-15% they'll be making 50% plus Now look back at the oxonica Croda dealWhen Croda really want something they'll buy out the tech especially when the products are 1. Patented ideally manufacturing and application 2. Complimentary3. Satisfy an unmet need4. Excellent sustainability profile Finally why I think Croda is such a good fitPersonal careCroda has a range called mirustyle for styling polymersMfp for holdCp for curlingXhp for heat damage from heating tongs and jarvs(lol)Who else has a patented styling polymer that is 100% sustainable?!? These polymers are low cost so I'd hope that itx once scaled up should be making 70%+ margins. The only variable is the market price of itaconic acid.I'm sure there are other links to crodas other divisions but this is why I have a 7 figure holding and expect either a Croda/oxonica buy out of Zinador or a deal similar to plant impact hire lse:pimThis is just on the croda relationship and we've got akzo and solvay who are multiple times bigger than Croda at 6bn Mcap.Jf

FWIW... Reading Market-Maker SignalsThe signs they send each other to move stock prices. Many traders believe that market makers will "signal" moves in advance buy using small amounts of buys or sells as "signals". The "signals" are from one market maker to another. 100   I need shares.200   I need shares badly, but do not take the stock down.300   Take (or I am taking) the price down so I can load shares400   Keep trading it sideways.500   Gap the stock. This is a theory put forth by a lot of penny stock and non-penny stock traders. This is not a guaranteed trading method but can lend some insight to market maker communications. It can pay to watch a few market makers of your favorite stock over several days or weeks to see if they follow these or other similar signals. That way, you can divine what they are going to do and jump in ahead of any move that may come.

from lse poster Jackie1

Was a pleasure to speak to Mr John Snow a very pleasant speaking person and sounded very upbeat on the future of the company This is a Chairman who is the President and Marketing Director of Quabbin Capital and has also worked for KPMG who had a Revenue of over $26 billion in 2017 What he has seen in the first two month of his management in the company is something very interesting, big industry players wanting to sit down and work with the company on there existing products and future new products. Q - When ask if any of these companies already in talks for any deals ? A - Yes we have had many discussions but we are limited to say any more Q - Million Dollar question AkzoNobel deal when is that happening any timeframe? A - It’s happening and it’s on schedule Q - What more would you say the company has progressed on since the last results ? A - That’s a very good question we have been very active on many fronts actively working on new partnerships on our RevCare product, Croda is doing excellent with the ZinaDor product, Solvay increased sales on RP103 and the plant in Italy is in construction as well as new products to launch should expect a update on all of this very soon I thought that was enough for the day didn’t want to push him more although he was happy to take more questions Future looks bright
