JV news is imminent! Mm’s know it hence dropping the price to get cheap stock from the weak holders. Rumours of news tomorrow. If so we’ll see a mad rush for stock into close no doubt.

All corporate in the US finish early in Dec for Xmas festive, They love their holidays so would imagine this will be announce by Nov end so everyone has a new direction for new year

Happy to wait and get a better deal. Can't believe the share price MM's again lapping all those cheap shares after bringing the share price back down. Those weak sellers keep falling for their tricks. This is one to hold and your'll soon see the share price shoot forward with only 23% free float. There can't be that many to trade hence why the MM's need to force sellers for liquidity. If you hold they have no choice but to push this back up. Look at what happen when everyone held went to 8p in a flash

The Akzo Nobel deal timeline may slip a little imo but will happen. They have been working with itx for many months and want to conclude a deal.They will be a huge step for this company in her growth.

Agree Babbler, They stated news by Dec 2018 not End of Dec 2018 so any time now with only 4 days left.
It would be great to get an RNS Friday Morning with a JV completed and see this share price back to re-rate 8.5 -10 p.
There is always going to be a possible buy out at this level. Cheap if you consider where we were this time last year.
Those sitting on the fence will miss the boat here. This can't hold back much longer, poised to 5p today min

News hopefully within next few days with $30M JV deal by Anzo Noble. Peeps not understanding the true value here, appears 4p is the resistance but can't hold this much longer.I still won't rule out a buyout by the US as this is too valuable long term with their formula's
With a M/C of just £12M thats peanuts for Muti £B company not to be interested in buying out ITX as part of a JV agreement.

The other positive on this share is the heavy US interest, both shareholders and customers. More serious than your typical AIM p&d crew, IMO. Wouldn't surprise me to see a Nasdaq listing if the company moves into profit.NAI

It's quite possible that we might drip back towards 4p or even below, if there are a few dregs of the placing to clear. But I would think most people who wanted to sell from 2p would have sold above 5-6p?

Yes was a massive dilution of about 180m shares in total. Most taken by institutions and management. Free float is tight here, just about 23%

Only if I had reason to believe there was a much greater chance of them going down than further up.

I think the placing / issue increased the number of shares in issue by around 170M to 250M ? To be fair to Jug it was a fairly massive dilution skewed towards insiders and institutions ??
