21/11/2018 11:10 | sep800 - re AIM stocks, and ITX in particular, I think you have hit the nail on the head. | dexdringle
21/11/2018 08:50 | At the beginning of the year , itx had just under 90m shares in issue. So market cap was about £16m. today is about 269m in issue. And the $30m (note to you should be dollars not pounds) contract you keep mentioning has NOT been concluded yet. Even when it does you just cant add that figure to the market cap. That's not how you value a company. lets be realistic here. this was a good buy up to 4p imho but at 6p (£17m market cap) without further positive news on the turn around is too risky. | jungmana
21/11/2018 08:30 | Your still twisting facts....With a present M/C of only £15M, with £3M in the bank plus a £30M contract = £48M M/C which will get reflected in the share price What was the M/C at 18 P with less shares at the beginning of the year ? dexdringle This is aim.... and any opportunity BOD's can benefit they will first before investors Thats why they got involved in supporting the 2p offer knowing the news of Akzo Noble as this was incidentally announced after the offer had taken place. So why take the offer unless they are privy to the JV details that will be announced at any time | sep800
21/11/2018 08:19 | If it's the market cap that's important then don't keep mentioning the 18p share price of early this year. Do you realise that at today's price of about 5.7p the market cap is about equivalent to the market cap when this was 18p.Why ? due to the massive life saving dilution in July. | jungmana |
