Impossible to buy in any size today unfortunately. They wanted nearly 10% over published price for just 10000. Actually I should have taken that as it's now way higher...... Doh.
Well done holders.

Hi Norbert

I've recently taken a stake here and would welcome any insight you're able to provide from today's AGM. Fully understand if you don't wish too.

I rate the new Chairman Peter Simmonds very highly, having benefitted greatly from his stewardship of DOTD.

Kind regards
GHF

Hi RP. Re: ISL I am hoping to pick up some more info at the AGM on Thursday - certainly Celebrus looks like it has lots of potential.

REDT AGM also coming up soon which will be interesting - yes agreed the share price action is surprising - maybe a general flight to quality?

Have not looked at STR, ESR or TEK in any detail before although I know some other investors very keen on Ensor. You have done well there by the look of it.

CSG is going to need patient money. The AGM is on 11th Sep and will be interesting as hopefully they will have sold (or be very close to selling) their APAC business. I have a lot of confidence in Doug McCormick but as you say the SFO investigation needs to be put to bed before a lot of investors will take a look.

Yes JMP offer some similar services to WTM including transport planning and structural / environmental consulting and the like. I don't think I was aware that Volvere owned them so thanks for that and I will have deeper look.

Keep in touch.

Hi Norbert,

Apologies for late reply, I've been away on holiday. I was away when the seminar was on. My northern base (and day job) also can make it hard to attend such events. I am glad that you see the outlook as positive, it is still on my watchlist.

Yes, been a big turn around at REDT and I missed the boat. I thought that the HSBC contract loss would impact on them more, hence my reason for selling. To be honest I'm a bit surprised at the extent of the rise but pleased you're doing well out of it. ESR, STY and TEK have done well for me lately.

CSG, I might miss a bit of a rise but think I'd like to see the investigation business cleared up. Again, still on watchlist. Never did get round to researching WTM but am in VLE who own JMP who work in the transport planning / traffic engineering field (which I think WTM are involved in to some extent).

Hi RP. Just interested if you attended the ShareSoc Growth Seminar in London tonight? IS Solutions presented. Interesting and I remain invested with no change in my view of the company ie still positive. Are you attending the AGM?

You will probably be like kicking yourself for selling out of REDT. I sold a few at 10p as I was a forced seller - rather annoying but still a core holding for me.

WTM still doing very well and I am accumulating CSG.

All the best.

Thanks for the reply. I don't think that the forecasts include for the acquisition. As you say the current PE is not in bargain territory but perhaps that's a reflection of the consistent growth of the company over a number of years. It is a big acquisition and I'd like to get a better understanding of it as I think big data/analytics is a big growth area.

Yes, still in DRV. Despite the recent drop I still like the company and am holding. They do have a bit of oil and gas exposure though. The bribery investigation put me well of CSG. I've noticed a few people cite WTM as one with potential but I have not looked at it in any detail. Sold out of REDT in summer 2014. I need to see how it recovers from the HSBC loss before I look to get back in, but it is still on watchlist. A recent tip appears to have caused a recent spike in its share price. Happy to give you email. As follows, but could you let me know when you've jotted it down and I'll then remove it from this post.

Hi RP19 - yes I have seen your name on some of the boards and appreciate the message.

Yes, this is one of the quietest boards going which I am quite happy about although its good to know at lease SOMEONE is interested! :)

I must confess my investment here (albeit of a reasonable size for me) is based purely on the numbers rather than any great knowledge of the business. I originally invested during Oct-Dec 2011 and have enjoyed a decent return although have taken some profit along the way due to the need for cash.

I have not yet had chance to really get under the skin the business and my understanding of IT companies is frankly rather lacking. The speed-trap acquisition seems on the face of it to be good and given the fact the BoD don't seem to hype things up generally I expect it to be positive for shareholders.

Historically I like the decent yield and slow and steady growth. The current valuation doesn't appear to be a bargain but I don't know if the published forecasts include for the S-T acquisition or not?

I intend to go to the AGM in May to meet the BoD and try and sharpen up.

REDT has been a mixed bag for me. I should have sold after attending the AGM as the tone was very cautious and the HSBC news later followed.... I still have a good holding as I believe things will recover.

Happy to exchange emails if you are interested? I see you also like DRV? Are you invested in CSG or WTM?

Hi Norbert (seen you post a bit on the REDT board). This is a very quiet board indeed (usually a good thing).

Just come across ISL. What do you make of the recently announced Speed-Trap acquisition? Big data/analytics is a growth area but there didn't appear to be much of a market reaction to the news (although appreciate the share price had bounced a bit in the preceding week or so).
