06/1/2016 09:43 | as a side observation and to reinforce the lack of stock and short term direction of these gems.....to reinvest just 50% of my received dividend was receiving a quote of 3p over the quoted offer and the NMS was ridiculous...but very encouraging on the other hand. | santangello
06/1/2016 08:31 | Nice fat dividend received today, and now xd expired should see buyers return and no doubt dividends being reinvested here ? | santangello
30/12/2015 14:14 | Well I have managed to add a few through multiple trades....and although I substantially hold, I wanted a lot, lot more....very disappointing.I haven't seen them tipped in the mainstream, however, I do expect them to be leading up to 2016.Not a bad day thus far. | santangello
30/12/2015 12:51 | Or has it already been tipped somewhere - Techinvest obviously likes them?! | gargleblaster
30/12/2015 12:01 | Next leg up | tech
30/12/2015 09:50 | Strong buy indicator.....I cannot even fill or kill to buy 2,500 T+2 today at 1p OVER the offer....... Bouncing nicely off the platform whilst xd....all very positive indeed. No doubt will be tipped for 2016 ? | santangello
07/12/2015 14:06 | Adam Not sure if this fully answers your question but I recall from previous discussions with mgt that revenue recognition for perpetual sales are typically 85% in-year and then 15% ongoing. Term licence deals are spread equally over the term i.e. 1 year etc. Dont have my notes handy re: % of recurring revenue etc. One thing I thought it worth highlighting here for investors is that Speedtrap Holdings had a big tax loss that was inherited by ISL on acquisition, hence ISL's tax rate going forward will be reduced to 10% until the losses are used up. A nice additional to the bottom line. | norbert colon
06/12/2015 16:07 | Hello I recently came across ISL and mostly like what I see. However one potential big risk which I haven't been able to get comfort on yet is the composition of the revenues and, in particular, how lumpy the project work is. They said in their recent results that they signed two deals which contribute £4m of project revenues but then only £350k p.a. recurring thereafter. So if these figures were typical, then one 'project' for a customer is equivalent to 6 ongoing, recurring customer relationships. Their project revenue has really ramped up in the last year or so and therefore I'm just trying understand how sustainable this is, and/or whether it will lead to a ramp in recurring revenues (which it doesn't seem to be doing at the moment). Thanks Adam | adamb1978
04/12/2015 15:44 | ....was on the phone with my Broker just, adding another 10k, when he called a 50k buy going through.....great investor appetite here and looks like the 115p target will get taken out and without doubt revised upwards in the short term ? | santangello
03/12/2015 14:38 | .....and the RNS confirms the large purchase. Nice to see an Institution seeing value at these levels. | santangello
03/12/2015 09:27 | Nice to see the bid price supporting those mid price trades revealed today....pointing towards buys.....further encouragement. | santangello
28/11/2015 17:17 | HARGREAVE HALE adding again (that's 885,000 reported on Friday), on behalf of discretionary clients. Very positive week, with lots of stock being hoovered up. I'm not to hung up on 115p target, I feel that will be uprated with the almost certain acquisitions and contract wins due in the short term. Well done GHF, your courtesy is respected. Personally, I haven't sold a share in my entire Portfolio for at least 4 years now.....and added another 33,500 ISL this week alone. Further good luck to all holders. | santangello
27/11/2015 13:04 | Courtesy to say that having doubled my money on investment made in August, I've taken half my holding off the table. Simply think it's at fair value c.100p at this time. Remainder now in for free and tucked away in ISA's. Regards GHF | glasshalfull
