I heard it as RPI + a %. "Full RPI is possible in some cases a possibility."

I’m prepared to buy now. Glad this forum exists. It’s up 20% since my analysis. I couldn’t buy them as they were not earning money. Latest call with Investor Meet Company says now at break even. If I’m not going to buy now why am I calling myself an investor.

Slide 11, Comsof & IQGEO both worked on Brightspeed & AT&T.
Slide 12, > 200M homes to cover by end 2025 but about 126M via channel partners. Who?

From one of the questions it was mentioned they can see a contracted increase in sales prices of something like 5% capped (p.a.) and the biggest cost is headcount. Care needed there as the headcount is rising rapidly as is RPI (>5%) pushing on wage demands. That could be a drag unless some pressure taken off by offering more performance related pay (good for the business) and/or stock options. A dollop of profit related bonus might be no bad thing for everyone including shareholders.

First earn-out of €1.5M requires Comsof signing a licence of a minimum value of US $0.8 million per annum by end 2022. Given where the €/$ is now then any euro denominated win needs to be at least €800K. Newsworthy when it lands.

Slide 23 makes it clear. Esri & GE will have a fight on their hands as they will have to find a new partner or roll their own to replace Comsof. Atesio available but "limited market potential due to the cost and complexity of the Atesio solution limiting the addressable market."

What is interesting is that AT&T was won on a head-head basis and no doubt with all the big boys competing. Comsof can only make IQGEO more desirable and, at the same time, help handicap GE/Esri now its under the IQGEO umbrella. Any GE/Esri interest pitched with Comsof becomes immediately visible to their nemesis.

If a few hundred users is worth $2.1m then several thousand should be very good for the bottom line.

Haven't listened to it yet, I thought it was Verizon so was/am wrong.

AT&T is better.

Excellent.

I see from InvestorMeetsCompany that the Top 5 Telcom win back on 4th July was AT and T, not sure if that has been confirmed here previously.

Cityfiber and its contractors could do with IQGEO to close the loop on mobiles to log what is actually taking place on the ground.

Yesterday CityFibre won ISPREVIEW award for network roll-out -- no doubt assisted by Comsof capabilities in design/planning with GE Smallworld. Some issues in the field.

However, their performance in the field needs some improvement. A properly logged project finish could be looked at in the office, from the field, before sign-off to avoid bad press, fines or worse.

Just read the Finncap comments. Basically very good upside potential for limited downside. If correct (I think it is) a buy around here would be skewed towards a positive expectancy. A good chance to make money. More risk elsewhere.

Results and price response to results much as expected. A period of integration and consolidation before fireworks in late 2023 if my take on it is correct.

Need larger holders to hold their nerve if markets become very jumpy in the meantime.

Utilities still the biggest opportunity & global footprint improving through Comsof.
The benefit of having more coding talent via Ghent will show through.
Increasing opportunity wavefront straight ahead.
Steady as she goes.

Comsof to be used by Netpmd, announced 12th Sept.

Netpmd riding two horses, announced Digpro partnership 13/9.
Digpro supposedly have about $18M revenue. Sounds too high.
Don't see why IQGEO-Comsof won't be able to beat them outside of Nordics.

Easy to miss that Comsof is more than fiber.
Looking at Germany there will come calls for residential Smart Meter roll-outs. There are now concerns the Grid will become unstable as people cutting back on gas are buying cheap electric heaters!!! If Smart Meters are called for it won't be immediate but will need planning.

Comsof Heat also useful and in a proper energy system usage would be measured (smart meters) as well as the loop closed with district heating in some high density places.

This was uploaded about 3hrs ago -

District heating could become a thing in time as Small Modular Reactors are rolled out in various countries.

The ability to plan and manage any network of connected physical assets is very, very useful.
Smart Cities etc.
