13/9/2021 22:51 | 31 new logos are OSPI and therefore Small/Medium Business. 8 new logos are IQG (larger entities). H1FY20, IQG added 3 new logos solo so decent numbers growth at IQG before OSPI added. 21st Dec approx, $537K cash and $537K shares (20 day weighted price) to be paid to OSPI. Sometime FY22 H1 the same again as looks like OSPI will meet the earn-out conditions. So $1.37M cash to leave the business and something around 1.07M shares to be issued before end H2FY22. Well deserved as OSPI looks to be performing as well or better than expected. Cash decrease of 2.5M GBP expected H2FY20, of which about 500K GBP due to deferred cash. Cash should then be around 9.6M. Increased costs as Covid lifts travel restrictions and headcount increases (probably) add up. Own product backlog end of H1 was 9.2M GBP (won but not yet recoginsed) and 3rd party was at 600K. A decent 9.8M won but not yet recognised as revenue. All being well, significant profit FY23. Waiting to buy until this reaches closer to break-even will probably mean a still higher price as the FY23 outcome will be visible, cash generation looks potentially very good for FY23 with accrued losses to offset against tax. Not sure there will be much of a pull-back with such a tight share register. | p1nkfish
13/9/2021 20:45 | Teviot Partners was listed as a 3% holder in March, but is not in September - maybe they are the large seller, though I don't recall seeing any RNS for them. Very encouraging and positive story on the Proactive interview. If I didn't already have my ceiling in these, would definitely be a buyer. Look forward to the Investor Meet Company presentation on the 15th. | horseyphil
13/9/2021 14:22 | Consolidating for results to catch-up with valuation and growth to push through ceiling. When? Building pressure. | p1nkfish
13/9/2021 14:19 | Someone was selling down, may not see who if < 3% holder or not through a 1% barrier. Half-year good as expected. No upgrade yet. Needs a push through this ceiling. | p1nkfish
13/9/2021 13:48 | Ameriprise Financial Inc take their holding up by around 0.6% notified today (raised on 9/9/21). Another vote of confidence. | red ninja

12/9/2021 20:58 | hp, it looks wrong. 29th July Cannacord moved down to 13.9801% (RNS) but listed as the old 14.3% on IQG website 9/9 ? Someone got it wrong and I suspect Cannacord have been reducing further and possibly < 13% and due an RNS after some volume in Aug and early Sept. My guesstimate. Total 262K as a late print on 10/9 from 9/9. 573K approx = 1%. | p1nkfish
12/9/2021 20:36 | Major Shareholders list has been updated to 9 September on the IQG website. | horseyphil
12/9/2021 18:01 | There's a good chance of a holding RNS shortly. | p1nkfish
09/9/2021 23:57 | Japan might have generated some one off implementation revenue. Obvious metric is cost per month per license. Comes out at about £10.50 per. Other territories might have higher revenue per license as Japan has a partner probably taking a cut. | p1nkfish
09/9/2021 16:09 | Potential acceleration of profit after 2022. The overheads covered by recurring, this can start to spin-off cash and all new business drops through to the bottom line. Care needed that it doesn't go to managements head and they start an acquisition cycle that isn't thought through properly. What they do with the capital will define their true ability. So far, very good. | p1nkfish
09/9/2021 11:37 | It was already in the pipeline forecast. Breakeven looks like Feb/March 2023 approx, if that can be pulled in it would help, by end of Dec 2022? Jan 2021-Dec 2022 is critical for an early re-rating by looks of it. If breakeven was pulled forward it would be a good reason for re-rating and that probably depends on new business being negotiated now or recently. IDA might have given that a push. | p1nkfish
09/9/2021 09:26 | Excellent news, will do no harm with promoting to East Coast USA after their recent experience. Onwards. | p1nkfish
09/9/2021 08:50 | Sounds like other than this contract Japanese growth has been good :- "Over the last year our Japanese customer base in the telecommunication and utility markets has achieve strong growth with new organisations and has also expanded within existing accounts. This growth is a direct reflection of the strategic value our software provides to our customers." | red ninja
09/9/2021 08:26 | Another big contract win in disaster planning and management - this could become a big market and selling point for IQG. Also good that it's in Japan, so diversifying away from North American fibre, and that it's a utility - and a global Top 10 one! | horseyphil

06/9/2021 08:08 | Fiber gets all the news but other utilities supposed to be a bigger contributor. Where's the news on those? Meanwhile California is issuing a bond soon where a key risk listed is Power Grid resilience. In other words it is having to be priced in as a risk in raising capital = important. There is a massive market, where is news of progress vs fiber? | p1nkfish

30/8/2021 10:22 | More than 1M homes and businesses now without electricity due to Ida. Water problems too as sewage pumps are off in areas, people asked to limit usage. | p1nkfish
30/8/2021 07:44 | 3 month average volume per day is about 16K shares in a 57M share company and the average has been falling for about 1.5 months. A break-out in volume is due, just hope it doesn't hit a wall of sells on the way that caps any move. | p1nkfish
30/8/2021 07:34 | Yes & this period of price stability is interesting. Not too common to see such a balance over such a relatively long period, very low volume. A break-out is due, it won't take much news to shift it convincigly one way or another imho. | p1nkfish |
