08/7/2021 16:15 | 15,900 traded at 129p. General buy quote of 128p. Promising ahead of the TU. | horseyphil
02/7/2021 10:29 | Telcom Fibre, just raised 63M GBP for roll-out in north, hope IQGEO are talking to them, they won't hang around. :-) Where are IQGEO sales people in this? | p1nkfish
01/7/2021 17:21 | Small Kestrel buy for discretionary, 123p approx. | p1nkfish
01/7/2021 11:53 | I want to know about Utilities as the biggest potential overall. What about Europe now they have tooled up with sales head etc. | p1nkfish
01/7/2021 10:58 | You are right, there's no mileage in being too exuberant, it just makes them hostages to fortune for the year ends. The CEO/CFO don't look the types to over-promise anyway, so probably will be subdued. Will be interested to see any comments about their success in upselling to existing OSPI customers - if that's working then that has huge potential. Also interested in how Japan is going as that's been quiet for some time. | horseyphil
30/6/2021 19:58 | Find out soon. | p1nkfish
30/6/2021 19:57 | I'm thinking the TU will be good but more subdued than I might hope but followed by substantial upside a discreet time later as results exceed. CFO buying for his kids is a very good sign, but a long term buy imho. | p1nkfish
30/6/2021 19:34 | All these insider buys seem to signal a very good TU. Wish they would update the '50,000 software users' - it must be way more than that now. | horseyphil
30/6/2021 19:04 | Big vote of confidence by CFO for his kids ahead of TU. This is probably a 3-5 yr buy so not immediately paying back but a very good sign. | p1nkfish
29/6/2021 11:34 | Good, higher than I thought and have to ask what do they know to buy at that price? | p1nkfish
29/6/2021 11:14 | Agreed pf, does give that impression. The latest Kestrel discretionary buys were at an average of 123.7p. | horseyphil
29/6/2021 11:05 | I'm often wrong but have the impression this is ready to pop upwards on a positive TU. No big holder has sold and Kestrel discretionary were nibbling at 119p. | p1nkfish
29/6/2021 10:56 | I was quoted 126.4p to buy. | horseyphil
29/6/2021 10:33 | Move to 126p looks likely, TU in 2-3 weeks. | p1nkfish
25/6/2021 13:11 | No surprise if they have another acquisition in sight (small) and higher share price will help considerably. Want to see proof of expected trajectory in TU. At potential growth rate an update every 6 months is a big wait. | p1nkfish
25/6/2021 12:49 | Seems to be building a base for the next leg up. A positive TU should be the catalyst, especially if cash-flow is much improved. One benefit of the rising share price is that fewer shares need to be issued for the OSPI deferred consideration and possible earn-out. Not huge in the grand scheme of things, but a bit less dilutive. For an innovative, global company in a fast-growing sector, this still seems very under-valued. And amazing how it's completely under the radar of most investors, commentators and tipsters. | horseyphil
25/6/2021 11:55 | Now we know who bought. If their discretionary clients are in the US what do they know prior to TU? Buying at a local high price point. Looks positive. | p1nkfish
24/6/2021 19:27 | Interesting tick-up in volume today prior to TU in about 3 weeks. 7:1 approx buy:sell volume. About 68K total, nearly double the current 3 month average volume. | p1nkfish
23/6/2021 14:57 | OSPI have various tools including Bill of Materials and ROI. They need to be SEO (search engine optimised) & advertised as other come up first on search. Anyone seen any activity or result of activity out of April Six? | p1nkfish
20/6/2021 16:18 | Mmm I think Peter Batty chose to leave to get a more research orientated job and if IQGeo could have retained him they would have done. It is a big list for one person, but I guess the chosen candidate will have subordinates he will be able to delegate tasks to. There are a lot of software companies in the US so hopefully they'll be able to find plenty of good candidates although maybe not one of Peter Batty's calibre. It's a key role and I'm sure many of us have seen a lot of tech. leaders fall by the wayside so hopefully they can find a suitable candidate. | red ninja
20/6/2021 15:59 | Big job spec for the new CTO, now on website. It might be Peter Batty had run out of steam as the spec is demanding. Not for the faint hearted nor the burnt out. | p1nkfish
18/6/2021 07:29 | General interest, Max Royde has taken a NED position at CNIC. | p1nkfish
17/6/2021 08:39 | WAPA announcement mentions helicopter inspection usage so what's to stop drone usage? Tie that in with AI capabilities from Oracle or IBM and it could very useful especially as drone flight times are growing rapidly, no longer just 30 mins even for small drones. Some use quick re-fuel fuell cells and have very extended range and times. Much cheaper than helicopter time. | p1nkfish
15/6/2021 17:59 | Perfect horsey. I didn't think to look at it like that. There is some overhang and hence today hasn't ben as "up" as I expected. | p1nkfish |
