Some small differences between the shapes of box A and box B but still impressively similar.
At some point the pattern has to break. The trick is to spot when and where...

"No VRS AGM date given so far. As we can see previous years have been mid to late September." -End-

Thanks fluke. Well, if it's 3-4 months away there is still a chance the 'gentleman' who took a stab at £20 per share by then, could be on a winner, especially as several 'big deals' are expected to be signed - VERY SOON. In fact one chap on VRS says he expects a flurry of RNS's to hit the screen this very day.

I read [may not be true] that IQE's AGM will be held on 25-June 2019 11-30am at 'The Village Hall', Cardiff.

Last year on AGM day [4-06-18], the share price stormed up 6.6p to 115.1p [intra-day high 117.75] on 7.7m shares traded. If we can repeat that performance this year I'll be a 'happy bunny'!

PS Venue is 'The Village Hotel' - not 'The Village Hall' . Book early to avoid disappointment. GLA!

Is it clear whether there is "IQE inside" any of the new UK EE 5G small scale rollout infrastructure, or indeed the forthcoming Vodafone rollout? It would be nice if IQE could blow its own trumpet if this were the case. My suspicion though is they're not yet using CS technology......but delighted to be told otherwise.

Sweenoid.
With Due respect thank you for advising where and how I should invest. Being an analyst I did like for like comparison from google finance on 30th APR. IQE share price was 79.65p and not 95p. We had 15p rise between 1-5th May. I hope you are now very clear what my comparison meant. Best MHR.

I despair!
you have shown repeatedly that you really are clueless but today’s post tops the chart of incredulity

On the 7th of May IQE’s share price reached 95p, last night 22 days later it closed at 75p
Simple maths means that the share price has depreciated by approximately 20% from that recent high. The share price did drop to 70p on the 24th making the depreciation 26%

Are you now reassured ?

You should really be putting your ‘hard earned’ in a building society.

5G is being rolled out today in London and five other cities in the UK.

Not only are IQE's products essential for the infrastructure globally but new handsets will be required and that will drive the much needed upgrade cycle. I am probably typical, still using an iphone 7 but will certainly upgrade to a 5G compatible phone when 5G is fully available

Publicity today may well help the share price in the short term.

For the first time I am a little concerned. Looking at the competition and some industry peers such as Lumentum, Skyworks, AMS, Aixtron, Micron, Finisar and II-VI all have had share price drop between 11-25 % in the last 30 days whereas we have had 6% drop of course this after some recovery this week. I am long on this one but we need to keep moving with more fresh and better news to avoid a collapse. I hope my concern fades sooner.

"do folks still take any notice of the fool?" -End-

Now now! That's not nice talking about 1retirement like that. If you've been or are still 'invested' in VRS,IOF and FFWD, YOU may be looking to take it out on somebody else too. someone on VRS fed us duff information by posting that the AGM is on 14-June and I get the blame for repeating it. LOL!

Does anyone know when the 'real' AGM date is? Many thanks in advance.

PS Yes, I do know that the 'real' fool in question is, the Motley Fool!

TRP increase their holding slightly ....and promptly lend some more to the shorter’s
You couldn’t make it up, could you ;-)

DaveMac3 - the Fool lies just above the Investors Chronicle and just below SCSW at the bottom of the ‘league table’ order of ‘investing for dummies’ in my opinion ;-)

The fool has just written another article saying the same thing and tells its readers to sell their shares in IQE. Every week or two the fool trots out it's fears and tells its readers to sell or at least not to buy. I wonder if there is an agenda here.
