Issue of shares to Mayo Clinic



Further to the Company's announcement dated 9 November 2020, IQ-AI announces the allotment of 113,781 ordinary shares of 1p each in IQ-AI (the "New Ordinary Shares") to Mayo Clinic, at a price of 6.41p per share. The New Ordinary Shares were issued in accordance with the research and collaboration agreement regarding IB Trax, entered into between Mayo Clinic and Imaging Biometrics, LLC, a subsidiary of IQ-AI.



Application will be made for the 113,781 New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority by way of a Standard Listing ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealing in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on or around 8 am on 11 February 2022. The New Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.



Following Admission, the Company will have 182,621,390 ordinary shares of 1p each in issue, none of which are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 182,621,390.



The above figure of 182,621,390 may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

No buying interest since the initial pocket change went in at 8am.Someone then dumped 250k shares, if that happens again we'll be lucky to finish flat.Look, it's alright telling existing shareholders what we already knew, but they need to be getting new shareholders, and an institution or two, interested.The message is simply not getting out there.No Twitter traffic, very few followers.Also, what happened to Stonechecker? It was going to be sold, but apparently pulled because it would make more money for us by remaining in our portfolio.Is anyone using it? Is anyone remotely interested?

Oddly, I can sell 250k shares at 5.76p, which is above the advertised mid.Or I can sell 400k shares at 5.62pThere is some support.

If you were to be believed, why then did TB only allow warrant exercise within three months, as it could have been six months, one year or even two years?

I suspect multiple news is coming in February, which will result in a far higher share price. But let's start with the imminent quarterly report which will be very bullish.

The long and the short is no one subscribed for the 7.5p warrants (or else they would be a rns) so they haven’t got the £900k they hoped for to fund the trials and overheads.

Sadly a discounted fundraiser beckons it seems.

Still no news on the warrants.We can only assume that they expired, and the Nomad doesn't see fit to inform us, or hasn't been informed by the company.Despite the markets being a bloodbath today, any selling on IQAI has at least stayed above 6p, for now.

So with the warrants expiring yesterday, I am going to allow Monday to see whether any were exercised. Hopefully, we don't have any price moving news until later next week.
As for the chart, a double bottom will be confirmed on a break above 7.25p. But it is news that is going to ensure we move substantially higher than that. This will be delivered in both January and February.
