The day did not start too well after a 200K sell.

But already someone picked up half of it 100K @ 6.31p, so still on the cheap compared to late yesterday.

Hi howdlep

The double bottom usually signals the end of the downtrend. The reversal with volume should be the beginning of a potential uptrend.

The aim should be the Top on the Intraday high 7.25p, that at the same time moving over will be a BREAKOUT

Today's RNS - option grant for Michael Schmainda:-

The work of Michael and of course his spouse Kathleen, are vital to the company. TrekMadone, over on LSE, is right when he says that options are awarded as a way of keeping cash costs down. However, it is also worth noting that these options do not vest until 15 December 2024, so this effectively guarantees Michael's huge contribution will continue until at least then. By this time, I would expect the share price to be a large multiple of the current price, if it hasn't already been acquired by a predator. This is excellent news and a key milestone.

Ask yourself why TB only allowed warrants with a three month expiry. If further funding was needed in the short term, why wouldn't he have allowed those warrants to expire in six months, one year or even two years?

The answer is quite simple. Big news is coming and future raises will be at much higher prices.

PI's currently have the opportunity to accumulate at a circa 20% discount to the 7.5p warrant exercise price. However, that discount will not be there for long.

Agreed.It's either a big announcement next week or more dilution.In the meantime though, there is no more below 6p

Still got to get past the funding situation in the next 3 months.

The 3 month warrants @7.5p expire next week which would have cashed in £930,000.

If that doesn’t happen then another funder will need to happen in next couple of months to help pay for phase I.
