More likely heading back to 1p or less as they seem to have had there little run up the flagpole. |
Agree. Nothing new here but lots of ai plugs. |
Love the update. Sounds like they've been reading the boards and discovered AI is hot and may be the route to another spike for a placing. As if they would. lol |

'I’ve just taken a look at LSE, and came away shaking my head'
Given that you don't have a neck and your head is the size of a small planet .. I find your claim of 'head shaking' implausible. |
Why is Tern the next big AI stock?
In January 2025 Microsoft said: CES provides an excellent opportunity to learn more from our customers and partners about the opportunities and challenges they face in automotive, mobility and manufacturing—and the impact they are having. This is also an excellent time to celebrate the success our customers have achieved through their own journeys, including the adoption of automotive-focused agentic and generative AI. Microsoft is leaning heavily on Generative AI and Agentic AI to reinvent every touchpoint in the vehicle lifecycle. Manufacturing: AI optimizes factory utilization, increasing efficiency, managing risks, and minimizing waste. With tools like Azure and Microsoft AI, companies like Toyota, BMW, and CarMax are pushing the limits meant to enhance productivity while underpinning sustainability goals. Microsoft is one of top three global companies, by market capitalisation.
And, on 13 January 2025, Microsoft said: As our cloud infrastructure business continues to grow and scale to become Microsoft’s LARGEST business, Scott will continue to lead Cloud + AI to ensure we’re delivering the quality, security, and innovation that our customers and partners count on for their most mission-critical applications, databases, and AI workloads. To be published soon by Microsoft – its CES Suite demo story (see CES last week). MS has chosen key security vendors to deliver that architecture (Device Authority is shown on MS slide footer)
Device Authority is an investee company of Tern PLC. Tern has a ca. 20% stake in Device Authority.
Other AI plays at Tern: 1. FundamentalVR. For example, AI at a FvR-partner, HaptX Inc. Also at CES 2025, Joe Michaels of HaptX Inc. walks A3's Alex Shikany through a G1 Glove demonstration; cutting-edge haptic technology that allows users to experience precise sensations through a robotic hand. In January CEO of Fundamental Richard Vincent said: Other growth areas at FvR: gene therapy, robotics, ML and AI in action. Our software is compatible with various brands of hardware: Apple Vision Pro, Meta Quest, … What if AI could master surgery in a fraction of the time it takes to train a human? Surgeons can teach AI via teleoperation, capturing precise surgical movements in a safe, digital environment—no risk to patients. Data scaling: to train AI models on millions of hours of surgeries from real professionals, at a global scale. With AI, it will become "See millions, do millions, teach thousands." since AI can "see" data from thousands of real and simulated cases, train on millions of scenarios, and ultimately come back around to teach humans to perform surgeries with incredible precision. This could even lead to autonomous surgery in the future!
2. Talking Medicines Ltd Jan 15 2025: New US Boost for Scottish science and tech companies. Scottish Enterprise’s US MarketBooster Programme* is set to support these companies to enter and scale in the world’s largest market for technology products and services, by immersing them in the tech-renowned US region. “Talking Medicines has a successful presence in the US, and we see this programme as the catalyst to further US acceleration and scalability in 2025 through extension of our current market and growth of AI. “Others in this group are entering the US market for the first time, so I’m looking forward to learning from each other and sharing the experience together.” Talking Medicines (Jan. 2025) said that they have now penetrated 66% of the global agency holding groups. And plans to land & expand in 2025, and build up US operations (mainly New York and East Coast). This is the age of AI as a vertical specialist. TM targets pharma marketeers. The Scottish phase of the pilot is now underway. The group will travel to Silicon Valley in early March 2025 and complete the pilot by the end of April. |
I've just taken a look at LSE, and came away shaking my head. So many naive newbies, throwing their good money after my bad money. Trev will be rubbing his hands at a whole new flock of sheep to fleece. |
Look at the May 2024 RNS where they hooked up with Insel GruppeRNS after RNS...they hook-up with the best of the best in US/global healthcare. Mayo clinic. Insel. Bayer. The FDA like their drug program - they score hit after hit. And they hit at the very highest levels of health-care. And those that are close to some very deep pockets. Nice little micro cap, priced in rusty sterling, earning real-world dollars AND coming into the sights of various US companies and investors. Company is gold. Quite possibly very under-valued. |

AI for imagery... That's what Iqai has patent for!AI is giving radiologists crisper images with less noise and better analytics, providing a fuller and truer diagnostic picture to inform treatment decisions earlier in the care pathway when a patient's chances for remission and long-term survivability are higher.Deep-learning algorithms are likewise analyzing x-rays, CT scans, and MRI scans to greater effect, using pattern recognition to help detect malignancies and growths potentially missed by the human eye. Researchers are also pairing AI models with specific targeting compounds to help improve diagnostic accuracy. |
"The rapid maturation of AI-powered medical imaging technology leaves me bullish that 2025 will be remembered as a watershed year in the global fight against cancer as we see more radiologists and oncologists equip themselves with the high-tech tools of tomorrow to deliver higher-quality care today". |
Good morning all,This is an article written by Roland Rott, who is the chief imaging officer at GE HealthCare. It is a good read and he is positive on the role of AI. Here is the link:https://www.auntminnie.com/imaging-informatics/artificial-intelligence/article/15712005/ge-healthcare-ai-will-transform-early-cancer-detection-save-lives-in-2025He outlines the benefits of AI in the fight against cancer."The rapid maturation of AI-powered medical imaging technology leaves me bullish that 2025 will be remembered as a watershed year in the global fight against cancer as we see more radiologists and oncologists equip themselves with the high-tech tools of tomorrow to deliver higher-quality care today".Well worth a read.CheersShrek |
Can't get a quote, |
#TERN next I think for an easy 300-500% pump from here. Multiple large tech companies in the portfolio.
Used to trade at 30-50p a share and now just 1.4p with the placing churned.
Has AI too.
Check out the loading in recent weeks. |
Sadly yes. Trapped more than anything, by Trevor's ramping and disgusting shenanigans |
You still long Festy? |
Just add AI to the name and they will buy it :) |
I think its just a reaction to Starmers speech this morning. |
Forward selling towards a huge fundraise? |
