On water rights the ND site does seem way behind at times and they had a desk-load of applications held up at one point by the corps.

I'm wondering on the Montana side whether they will list it after the issues before.

The listing on that site doesn't matter, as there is one list that can't be avoided at a certain point in the process.

Same old problem I see on the prices, it might show 232-233, but try and buy some at those levels and it takes off.

Engelo. Aggre.. such a simple exersise in using the informatiom flow and market dynamics to the advantage of the little guy. If you are not a frequent trader, you might think that such a reputial co as HL. Could flag up a 'warning' smaller bites could average you a lower price, 'BUT ASLO THE PRICE COULD MOVE UP AND COST YOU MORE'
Ok, that does not sound practical.

Just be carefull out there folks, forget the name of the cop program, but the Sergeant always finished the morning briefing with...

beercapfn: have had exactly the same experience using HL, and if the dealing charges are low your solution works well (although not always) :-).

Would be interesting to know how others get on with other brokers in this situation.

Enter a number in the Permit Number box and take the tick out of 'Retrieve Only Active Permits'. The newest one seems to be 6528, and I have been back to 6475 but haven't found anything. Hope you have more luck?

I watched it all happen as I was making some smaller purchase lots at the same time at a gnat's whisker lower, also on HL. For some reason yours showed and mine didn't.

Edit... sorry missed that the quote for 50k money at one go was £ 2.37p.7 buys at 10k (70k) = £2.32p. Hope that now makes more sence.

Was on hl. And asked for 50k money, shares was quoted on auto trade, made 7 seperate buys of 10k money all at 2.32p.
Makes you think of the power of MM.
So payed 7 × 11.95 trade costs = 87 quid... saved 1500 quid capital costs.
Hope this helps thouse who move larger than average amounts, works on selling also.

Question, do we think the ND permit application will be RNS'd? Do we think it has already gone in? If not, why not? Maybe just going for MT instead of ND as well now? Seems strange to delay it.

I watched a documentary about water in the small towns in chile , I think their is going to be a lot of trouble, these companies are taking the water from the locals who can,t grow their crops because it has been stolen from them, and their govt are taking no notice of them , I see trouble ahead, their cattle and crops are withering away ,
