Mellow Hippo your name belies you.

Don't make the error of confusing enthusiasm, which is rare in an increasingly cynical world, with venal self interest and corruption. I'll not answer in kind and thus pollute this board.

But you may possibly one day note that your dirty stream of bile defines the sender more than it does the recipient it drenches.

Hi Bogg1e. Always enjoy your cautious posts. I didn't do well with my venture into QFI last year so I would be very interested in your reports for both QFI and IOF. Many thanks.

Engelo (4740) - "closet chartist"?!! Come out, my friend - emerge! It's not actually a perversion, is it?

Just hope, anyway, that post 3741, explaining why I bought (for the 13th time) on 24th June (@ 1.445) was a help. "Buy when there's blood in the streets" was someone"s advice, I believe. Always goes against the grain and I wouldn't do it without the backup from the years of TA study.

Theoretically, there could be a further down leg when the current up-move completes, but as an investor rather than trader in IOF that would be unlikely to shake me out - if it happens. The bear raid on 24th June tested the main up-trend intra-day but at no time has the daily closing price threatened that bull market channel which started in early October 2011.

I hope to get around to installing and operating the recommended software to enable posting the odd chart here when appropriate, but right now measures to see I get at least some fruits before other garden occupants beat me to it take precedence, I'm afraid. A fat strawberry or two would be good in time for the Wimbledon finals.

Good old human emotions Joe! I felt sick most of last week, whereas this week I'm giving myself a pat on the back! Ready to enjoy this weekend of great weather though in the knowledge my investment is looking healthier than last weekend!

Don't you just love the Human race? - A couple of weeks back we were in the depths of misery & the trolls were having a field day - Today we are debating whether we should sell out at an share price of £30 or not!

29 million out of 127 million is almost 23%. If true, that would mean that we only need one decent sized fund to agree with us before we can fight off a takeover approach.

Good news, eh?
