10/6/2014 13:50 | Seemed a very well balanced and, overall, positive presentation to me. Good to hear that they are prilling with a third party so economically. Liked the way Jeff remained so sanguine despite being asked to sell scone at 220 by his wife and not doing so! | bocker01
10/6/2014 13:49 | As a taster it would be interesting to know who turned up from IOF, and who did the talking? | engelo
10/6/2014 13:36 | It's the reaction from the Insti presentations that I'm waiting to see the reaction too, if any. Volume very low today. | diggulden
10/6/2014 13:34 | So, no fireworks then... | freddievas
10/6/2014 11:05 | engelo, agreed. | che7win
10/6/2014 10:49 | che: afaics if a question on minis is asked then all they can say is 'afraid that's market sensitive'. In reality feel sure that they have either finalised the spec, got competitive quotes, placed orders, have delivery dates, selected sites or maybe all of these. We'll just have to rely on informal soundings post meeting. On the bright side I have every confidence in the world class sleuthing abilities of those attending :-) I suppose that IOF can and will say things in presentations to instis that are not generally known: that's the way the system works. We need to get the instis back on side. Maybe one of the lessons from last year is that they were too open to too many? | engelo
10/6/2014 10:30 | engelo, I don't disagree with you except to say that until "behind the scenes" is certain can't be an rns. I believe that a little more time needs to be given to LB and others to move forward from where we are. You may well be right about nomad. | phoenixs
10/6/2014 10:29 | engelo, agreed, this time last year they were talking about having mini's rolled out, they were talking about a Prilling Tower they were talking about 50k plants after IO6.... | che7win
10/6/2014 10:24 | phoenixs 21829: turning your comment around, nothing that could be market sensitive can be discussed at the AGM. It's the market semsitive stuff that I want to hear about :-) Eg disappointed that there's no news on CEO, plans for remedial brine flows, and building/deployment plans for minis. so they can't be covered in any detail. Would certainly buoy the atmosphere at the meeting too. Yes we have good info on production volumes, but behind the scenes there's a lot more going on than that imo. Mayabe there is an RNS but it got nobbled by the Nomad :-( | engelo
10/6/2014 10:01 | superg, brilliant!! ask him if he is short? If so buy a shed load if iodine. | phoenixs
10/6/2014 10:00 | Yes I would too love an update following the AGM. | little minx
10/6/2014 09:59 | KR, let em have it! | diggulden
10/6/2014 09:59 | Apologies Joe, didn't mean to sound rude with my last comment, I simply think we should stop expecting constant reassurance and let Lance get on with his job. Mr Market will soon see the progress here IMO. | woodpeckers
10/6/2014 09:57 | Warren buffet just arrived...... no no hang on...... oh scrutable has had a hair cut | superg1
10/6/2014 09:51 | None, personally, but Mr Market clearly does. That is the point of my comment. | joestalin
10/6/2014 09:37 | Joe, I think we already know the reasons for the share price fluctuations and the last couple of RNSs have certainly convinced me that Lance has the company back on track. How much more reassurance do you need? | woodpeckers
10/6/2014 09:19 | Joe, They can do that without an rns unless it is market sensitive. | phoenixs
10/6/2014 09:15 | I registered for the AGM, but am now not able to attend. So any feedback would be much appreciated. | gadolinium
10/6/2014 09:03 | At the very least I'm expecting to see one hand raised with a stick-on opposable thumb | king_roster_iii
10/6/2014 08:52 | Dig I can assure you I will not let them get away with it being a "formal" affair. To steal a current tagline and use it in a more appropriate context, " It's going to be emotional ". | king_roster_iii
10/6/2014 08:45 | I have been assured by their investor relations departmnent that I will be given admittance to the AGM even though I am a shareholder through a nominee account | montyville2
10/6/2014 08:43 | Why would there be an RNS? To formally explain the wild share price fluctuations in the last year, to reassure the market that things are on track, - IOF is hardly in the category of 'most companies' so I think that some 'positive forward looking statements' would be helpful, right now. | joestalin |
