Indeed. Cash call looks certain. Too dependant on one operator. If the fracking in the vicinity of IO3,4,5 and 6 does not continue as expected for the rest of the year (or thereafter) then those plant will be useless. Brine water from elsewhere will add to running costs.

I told you at the time mr big appeared, it reminded me of when Jim Glikenhaus went on SXX bb London South East boasting about buying millions of shares... didn't stop the share price tanking from 30p to 6p, but it did sucker a good few in.

As an ex-holder of this stock I have been following the story and been contemplating a fresh investment. Saw the announcements re. expansion and deployment of units 4 and 5.........and then this, a few weeks later. Will continue to watch but the business model looks pretty flawed if they can get side swiped so easily. Dreadful update today. Can see this going sub 20p again and it looks like there will be a cash call before too long.

The reality is that the company is in need of cash and cannot raise it from production/sale. There cant be much by way of iodine sales because they only produced a cupful in the first place. The sales mentioned earlier in the year must have been token.

If 32 doesn't hold - and it should really - then we could be looking at 16 - 17.5.
The latter area would suggest people have thrown the towel in.
