It's been a good day.

I've finally got Iofina PLC to start to obey simple AIM rules.

There is more work to do here though.

Worraps has given me an end-of-day smile. Had annual optician's appointment for eye test today. Bought more eye drops and got usual lecture about blinking more when spending hours at monitors.

Trouble is, blink twice on the IOF thread and you've missed a page of posts...

Well, superg and digg, I've dug and dug till my eyes are sore, and haven't found anything new. I thought I was onto something with the ND water, but no, red herring. So, I'll be patient, and try again tomorrow. I guess you guys are younger than me, only so much screen staring mine can take these days. Have to put the drops in.

An interesting clip with Bob Shaver (the main ND water man in it).

This is all about shallow aquifers/wells etc. The news is about one small depot affecting well water via extraction. Even then they have granted the rights.

If all the criterion are met on the checklist.

'They are required by law to issue the permit'

I keep saying it, if you have identified a beneficial use, that allows you to apply for rights.



So all iof have to do is 'tick the boxes' and by law the permit has to be given
