Look forward to seeing you Roboben - and Roger - bring the tribe, mine will be about! They've no idea the reason they're sleeping on crates is because of Iofina. Good for the back though.

skylite - I hope to make your shindig, work permitting - I might just pray for rain that day (in West Berks anyway - don't want to dampen the barbeque)

mwryder - I'll be coming up the A34 to the Pear Tree, so I could pick you up if it is just the driving that is preventing you from going? Will be coming back that evening - the wife hasn't given me an overnight pass!

peterz,

Premier Inn, £64 per night 3 miles from Somerset Arms
Travelodge, £47 per night 3.4 miles from Somerset Arms

Co-incidently:
Today a colleague of mine was discussing some work he was having done on his large black Jaguar limo. As it is on a private plate I asked him what year it was registered. He told me and said that he was the second owner. The first being Lenny Henry (of the Premier Inn ads), At 170,000 miles he needed a bit of work including new brake pipes but as Lenny and Dawn were the owners at least he felt the suspension had been tested!

Apologies everyone for being offline today, damn work got in the way!

Thank you everyone for replying and it will be great to see and meet everyone; sad for those that can't make it for various reasons however I'm fairly sure they'll be other meetings.

Between us there's bound to be someone who can remember the evening (isn't there?) so for those not able to attend we'll try and write an overview of the evening.

Still, plenty of time between now and the 18th for things to move on apace at Iof and for PIs to confirm attendance.

Much to look forward to GLA.

Thanks for setting up what I'm sure will be a great evening.

Hi all. Would love to come along and put some faces to names. I can't do the 11th as I've got a wedding to go to but the 18th is ok. I can't do PMs as it would mean buying two and a half less IOF shares every month :) so any change in plans just post, I'll check back in a couple of days.

Regards,

Adam

For the TA guys

Quite a few of us on here follow FUM.

Having had a few months of a supply (suspected Black rock) things have tightened up post news and the chart has strengthened.

It looks to be heading for a up trend, and should do as we moved through the year based on research.

It looks like with not too much volume it could break out soon.

The recent news was a surprise (good) with who they linked up with and they have multiple contracts on the same line to come. The contracts in themselves are good news, but a key feature was the up front payment.

That trend for upcoming announcements looks set to continue, and thus should stop nay need for funds (they don't need much anyway).

I hadn't planned to look seriously until H2, but as FUM have changed their strategy on deals, then it had to be looked at again.

I really don't like the bio sector much, but FUM is med tech and is not spend 10's of millions on research, but has some near term (12 months or less) revenue generators. The one for next year (csd) with a timely launch should see significant revenues.

I feel much more comfortable with the company in control of product progression times not outsiders, that along with John Clarke from Glaxo having joined the BOD (previous glaxo president)

Happy to be that way, and will never win any 'competitions' on that front, or wish to.
