"A train wreak !"

I love your poor use of the English language, reminds me of those Nigerian scam letters asking for bank account details :-)

No water issues and no iodine issues, but don't let the truth get in the way of your agenda.

If it goes lower, my limit order might just execute but 36p was the lower level for the 20 Bollinger band and it bounced off that today.

Semps/Tim, (better mention Neil or he'll ignore me in Costa).

Big fat smile from me. Semps in particular knows how much I dig (never ever stop). Cold beer time. :-):-) :-)

Cyber

I think I've found a genuine chance that looks set to take off with any buying.

I've been tracking it for a long time as it drifted, it's a very quiet share with some interesting products on sale. It's turnover is more than it's MC and it looks like profits are going to be made.

The downside is that you can only probably get a few £100 worth and the price is still likely to move on that. If that is the type of punt you want then something is definitely up on this one.

Drift drift for months on end, no real change or news or volumes and it's up 25% over the last week on £13k's worth of buys.

Sneaking up each day as if trying to hide the climb, but definitely a chart change with very few retail shares about. I haven't the slightest clue what is going on with it (feelers out) but the recent behaviour suggests it's going to re-rate and it's cheap anyway.

In terms of potential action shares look tighter than when we mentioned ATUK/Cloudbuy at 7/8p.

Hopefully that Tara fella won't spot it.

There is no BB action of note on this site, iii or LSE which is a good sign.

They do have products that could be of major interest to some so maybe something has happened on that front.

Will let you know what it is, just waiting for feeler feedback first. I have none but it looks good for some xmas beer money.

It just happens to be one of many that I watch that has turned, but it has turned hard for no apparent reason.

I estimate less than than 1% of shares bought are currently in profit.

Plenty of unknown variables.

How long will they take to check if it's valid etc is one.

Small top up for the wife's ISA as well, forgot that one.

Absolutely everything that's wrong here is summed-up in the above sentence.

I preferred SCRUTABLE's posts, they were wrong, but at least they didn't make me puke.

Hope it's proved invalid/sorted and your timeline giving us an rns on the 15th December proves correct SG, it would make a very nice birthday present for me! :-)

A few weeks back I said I'd watch other applications to see when they change to 'null' which means awarded.

It seems to take 10 to 14 days. EG two listed as 14th November for the objection period end have just turned to null.

For others passed in the last year, they eventually go in the archives with all documentation attached.

For another depot within the last year, it was signed off as awarded 12 days after the objection period ended.

Why do they do that?. MM3 double checked and posted a line. The deadline includes objections with the postmark of no later than 1st December. With Montana snail mail I imagine they wait a week at least after 1st December then in the following week prepare the award of the permit.

So my estimate is that they would have started considering awarding the permit at the back end of the W/C 8th December. They would then let IOF know who at best would get an rns prepared and presented to the nomad W/C 15th December.

This particular objection arrived on the 24th with a postmark of the 19th.

If it's not completed properly or not valid they return the query to the objector giving them 15 days to reply. As it stands if it isn't valid, the person has no standing to object, or they withdraw, then the timeline is intact.

Until it is validated nothing has changed on the timeline.

If it is validated it can be sorted between IOF and the objector in quick time, it may be a simple concern that can be put in as a condition.

This type of consolidation is very common.

The points have been through the washing machine and they came out brilliant white, there is no apparent mud to soil the permit. It is potentially just a re wash of an already clean item, if it ever got that far.

For those haven't studied the water laws they won't have a clue.

For the majority though it's a case of jump first, then worry about how high off the ground you are after.

SG "Many of those bets were for news post 1st December, possibly within days of that. It wouldn't have happened. I had 16th/17th December in mind as the most likely date for very good reasons."

Thanks for bringing this down to earth. Good thing about DEc 1 is that any objectors will be timed out at last.

As you say, there could be only 1 objection and this might be frivolous or not, but afaict there is no way of telling how many received in total and whether they are frivolous or not.

So will take your advice and reset my alarm to Dec 16th :-)

Analysts or so called experts are completely clueless.

Predictions for iodine or oil or stocks or whatever are meaningless.

The current oil price for instance, the so called experts in June were looking at $150, we had all the peak oil rumours, now we haves surplus oil production.

One has to remember that it's all thanks to US fracking, the industry is here to stay and OPEC will have to get used to it.

Che

The BBs on the various websites drive me nuts. Analysts too.

Take SQM

They released news saying lithium prices may be affected due to new production in the future. They named RB energy as the main reason.

In recent news they stated the supply situation had changed so they now didn't expect a price drop based on the previous information.

The conference call only allows for a few questions. One major analyst asked why they had changed their view about the potential lithium supply ????.

Those are the people looking after investments for others ????? and getting paid a lot for it.

Last time they said here 'look guys RB may affect prices going forward'. The lithium world is very narrow and the analyst hadn't got a clue what was going on.

SQM did drop in they expected some supply to come into play from Argentina. No one asked why, yet I doubt they have the slightest clue why they said that, as it's not well known (Enirgi group recent news).

With regards 'worrying' about the share price, do remember that as usual the price has been dropped on an incredibly small amount of sells. If a few 'traders' want to give theirs away at such a low price they can do so, I certainly won't.

Well said superg,
The business has never been in better shape, that is at odds with the share price.

If oil fracking is anything like gas fracking, it will get a lot more efficient. Gas fracking didn't slow down, even at record low prices, oil can go a lot lower from what I have read.

My buy order is in, will be very happy if I get it.
