Rather funny really to know I have got under someone's skin that much they create new identities and post over and over. Someone is rather pathetically annoyed :-)

It matters not at all in comparison to how holders are feeling after the recent share action.

Indeed, it is exactly that, an iteration of the same problem.

It costs 'X' amount to make and there is limited wriggle room on that price without establishing supply chain efficiencies. Currently, Invinity don't have pricing power over suppliers that large scale production can demand.

They appear to be struggling to lower their own internal production costs so as to generate a working margin.

The same issues that made v3 sales a zero sum game for profitability.

A few are getting excited about cost cutting next year but not taking onboard what zulch said ...buyers are imcreasingly saying no even after we cut costs 30% and there is a limit on how much further costs can be cut & innovation is needed to sell ...then he got sacked...

Wheres the innovation?? Then what happens when the v Price rises? The company needs to asap answer these questions. The likes of bbn poster are just putting their head in the sand on v Price and what the ceo said. Bbn who jumped up and down for months about bushveld energy winning 100s of mwh of government contracts got that completely wrong by ignoring blatant issues...like cellcube didnt have the capacity....

Sp still tanking...putting the pieces of the puzzle together you have to ask is this a busted flush?? Will they be able make cost savings? and Will they be enough ? Zulch inferred it wont be enough imo. What happens at average v Price? ...its not looking good the more i digest it but i dont have the answers...

The issue here is orders have dried up, likely for reasons that V3 is expensive hence the wait for Mistral.

V3 orders aren't desirable anyway as they effectively make no money on them.

Mistral is likely to be released end of year or soon after, being that it is in reality just a bigger version of the same tech with some technical refinements and it's already up and running as a prototype.

The roll out is a soft roll out. What this indicates is that the major issue here is, that Mistral construction costs are still too high, they're trying to reduce this by supply chain negotiation - which requires volume production - obviously that aint happening, they're also trying to establish a production line build with some automation and clearly that is still being developed.

In other words, the issue isn't if Mistral works and whether they can make them - it does and they can - it's, can they make them cheap enough, sounds like work in progress here with a lot still to sort out.

If they don't sort out the build process then the margin will be impacted and it'll be an iteration of the same problem - whatever they sell they'll make no money.

At the end of the day, this is supposed to be a business, which means profit and cash flow, the trading update contained a lot of waffle on potential and a lot about the problems they're having to be 'laser focused' on, but that's about it.

Unless they get the margin sorted, it's a dead business - like a lot of these green energy stock stories. Too much uncertainty here even now, and clearly, Zulch wasn't up to the task. Marren might be more competent, but he still has to come up with a plan that sorts out a lot of incremental processes in order to make Mistral a margin earning success and not all of that is in his control - supply chain negotiation for example.

Next year will be another loss maker, and I'll wager the year after too. I can see them coming back to the market for more funding yet again.

The cash pile will continue to diminish, it's likely that this might well still be overvalued.
