No idea what you are talking about hope your post makes no sense to me . Haven't got time for cryptic posts and most of what you post is off the mark.

15.30 minutes here is the correct link .

"People are taking over UK companies at a rate of knots..I'm not going to us tomorrow for no reason..can't say no more but take my word for it "

With an $84 mill USA government order pending its possible they get taken out .

In relation to the Podcast , Andrew Monk was talking about his son Alex Monk

Invinity Energy Systems -

VSA Capital (Financial Adviser and Joint Broker)

Andrew Monk's Twitter Account X says he has flown out

Yes, he has flown out to New York, all you have to do is look at the VSA client list and you may get some understanding. Just looking at VSA client list shows Invinity probably is not the one he is going to discuss.

Well it was a recent podcast anyway .I was listening to them as a poster on LSE was reporting that he said on the 7 th Dec podcast that he was travelling to the usa the next day about a takeover of a UK listed company ..clearly one he is broker for but couldn't say which. It's a possibility that could be ies ..and went on to mention there would be lots of takeovers of UK companies in q1. Purely speculation but not out of the realms of possibility ..takeovers do happen ! There is nothing in the share price indicating that's the case and us pis are mostly the last to find out . My concern here is there something we don't know about that's caused the drop ..which so often turns out to be the case .the share price has almost halved and there hasn't been any bad news.

The short term warrants expiring would have contributed $4.6 million and the company says they have enough money until April if they are not exercised they where never a silver bullet anyway as that amount alone is unlikely enough anyway to avoid further dilution.

Try to keep up to speed hope with your research . It's not rnsd because it's part of the 84 mwh already announced. It's not a new order like you are presenting . Basic research really .

Try reading RNs 25 September . When you research a company that should be the very basics ..

We are all waiting for new news here ..you keep presenting old news as new news I don't see how that's helpful.

I was expecting an updated Total Voting Rights at start of Dec, which we normally get - this shows how many warrants are outstanding - but nothing appeared.

I emailed IES but no reply, which is unusual, so they are either very busy or have started winding down for Christmas already.

Despite my substantial losses here I’ve been a strong supporter of the company but with only a couple of weeks left of the quarter they have so far failed to deliver on what they strongly indicated we would be getting before year end - decent newsflow on orders for a start. There were supposed to be several more Mistral pilots announced too. And of course talk of strategic funding partners remains just talk.

Despite apparently making great progress this year, the only metric I really care about, the share price, has been an awful, and the failure to get that over 50p has made the funding situation worse as short term warrants have become unviable. Unless they get some serious announcements out asap this has very much been an over promise/under deliver year. Onto 2024!

Has anything been done about the warrants? they expire at end of next week I think? One less chance to raise money without going cap in hand. Just in case I spent my warrant money buying shares this week at 29.5p. I like to gamble but this looks like one of my three legged 200/1 outsiders I like to back.

Only thing that matters here is getting some cash. Yes orders will help but the going concern issue will only go away with a cash injection. Shame but that's the reality in todays markets

Ok News last week thought IES would have said. The week is almost over so I will mention it.

30 November 2023

PNNL and Invinity launched a 24-hour vanadium flow battery project.

A vanadium redox flow battery with a 24-hour discharge duration will be built and tested in a project launched by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and technology provider Invinity Energy Systems.

The vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) will be installed at PNNL’s Richland Campus in Washington state, US. The system will have a power rating of 525kW which it will be able to discharge continuously for 24 hours, meaning a total energy storage capacity of 12.6MWh.

As the research continues and upgrades this can be rolled out across the USA.

So far this quarter they have announced the sale of 1.1 mwh battery .

That's not enough to cut the mustard hence the share price

Still a few weeks left .

There was 52.2 mwh still in advanced pipeline expected to be announced .

Also re USA 84 mwh
"The formal DOE award contracting and final negotiation process for all six projects is expected to conclude before the end of 2023. "

Need all rns to land asap this month . It's the threat of dilution that's hammering the share price if they continually miss targets then more than one set of dilution next year looks likely which will again hold back the share price Obviously every time we get diluted at low share price it decreases the future potential for the share price thats why I find it annoying to hear people to say switch off and come back in a year etc as the company dishes out confetti and even boasts about it .

"We missed our 50 p warrant target but great news we raised another 20 million at 25 p & my jobs safe for another 12 months ..until next time ."

P.s. still awaiting lodes matched partner to be announced.

I imagine most investors are well aware of the market outlook and all the stuff going on in high level dinners (sorry I mean meetings). Its very frustrating when businesses big up the market outlook, but get vague about their company specifics.

O/T and in complete contrast to lots of AIM stocks, I recently watched an investormeet presentation from ALT which almost made me fall off my chair… they showed the overall market size (in a new big market for them) and then the figures if they got 1% of that market.

What a contrast from the bling that you get from others about “global opportunities” etc etc !

1-3% of a big market for a small business is a lot of useful revenue. But aiming for 1-3% if you’ve got a Mr. big ego as a director wouldn’t look good would it ?

It does seem, just like interviewing people, that the ones that big up stuff are the most useless ones, who have actually done way less than the impression they try to give.

“You say that you were responsible for tripling revenue, but earlier on you said you were part of a team of 5 working on that. Could you clarify what you mean please and here’s a tissue for when you start to sweat”.

Not New information there. Rns order required .not continue to speak to people ..I don't see what's so interesting about the blatantly obvious ..

Every other rns talks about engaging with government agencies ...this is just a repeat of what they keep saying.

I didn't need to read the rns to know that. Just repeating what we already know .

The share price went down .

Reading the RNS this line was interesting-

In line with Invinity's political engagement strategy targeting global policy- and decision- makers, the Company continues to successfully meet and discuss with senior government members and other policy and economic advisors from Canada, the UK, the U.S. and Australia.

Then from this view IES has so far got a few contracts which we know and also future orders. People need to read the RNS if even boring one, Information always there.

"Fluence Energy (FLNC) surprised Wall Street late Tuesday with its fiscal fourth-quarter earnings and revenue, as the renewable energy storage company posted its first-ever quarterly profit and better-than-expected sales. Meanwhile, Fluence Energy also forecast bullish 2024 revenue. FLNC shares soared Wednesday.

The Arlington, Va.-based Fluence Energy reported Q4 earnings of 10 cents per share, up from a loss of 24 cents per share a year ago, with revenue growing 52% to $673 million. Analysts had expected a 7 cent per share loss and sales of $511 million.

The company — a joint venture between manufacturing giant Siemens (SIEGY) and electric power utility AES (AES) — also initiated fiscal 2024 revenue guidance in the range of $2.7 billion-$3.3 billion. Fluence Energy is also predicting adjusted EBITDA of $50 million-$80 million.

"As we look ahead, our market outlook is more robust than ever. We see a world hungry for sustainable energy solutions, and we believe that Fluence is at the forefront, ready to meet that demand head-on," Chief Executive Julian Nebreda said in the earnings release.

Fluence Energy stock surged 23.8% to 25.10 Wednesday during market trade. On Tuesday, FLNC shares jumped more than 6% to 20.27. Shares had an 18% gain for the year through Tuesday."

PNNL and Invinity launch 24-hour vanadium flow battery projectNovember 30, 2023A vanadium redox flow battery with a 24-hour discharge duration will be built and tested in a project launched by Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL) and technology provider Invinity Energy Systems. The vanadium redox flow battery (VRFB) will be installed at PNNL's Richland Campus in Washington state, US. The system will have a power rating of 525kW which it will be able to discharge continuously for 24 hours, meaning a total energy storage capacity of 12.6MWh.Building on its existing research in the VRFB technology space, PNNL will evaluate the technical performance of the project, which will be used to support the campus' energy resiliency. A project team will first conduct engineering design to determine the best location to support resiliency.PNNL claimed it is the first time a battery with a 24-hour capacity will be deployed and tested in a field environment.Vincent Sprenkle, energy storage expert at PNNL, commented: "We anticipate this project will help pave the way to broader commercial adoption of long-duration energy storage (LDES) for stakeholders with similar resilience, environmental, and economic goals.""Not only will this system improve PNNL's resiliency, but the performance and operational data from this project will help guide new LDES applications across the country."Sprenkle is also the director of a new facility opening in 2024 dedicated to research and development of LDES technologies, the Grid Storage Launchpad (GSL).The project has been made possible by US$10 million in funding from the US Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Clean Energy Demonstrations (OCED).VRFB technology is amongst the most commercially mature long-duration energy storage (LDES) technologies and alternatives to lithium-ion. Lithium-ion is currently seen as more cost-effective for durations of 4-8 hours (and occasionally even higher).Last year, Haresh Kamath of the utility-funded Electric Power Research Institute (EPRI) suggested that with cost decreases over lithium-ion may become competitive at up to 24? hours of duration. Though, another flow battery provider, ESS Inc, provided a written statement in response strongly contesting this (ESS Inc's technology uses iron and salt rather than vanadium). The minor debate came at a time when lithium-ion costs were increasing for the first time in a decade, but this trend reversed in 2023 back to the norm of cost falls.PNNL is also providing its technical assistant and expertise to two additional projects which also received funding from the OCED. It will provide techno-economic analysis for both the Rural Energy Viability for Integrated Vital Energy (REVIVE) project, which seeks to bring flow batteries to disadvantaged rural communities, and the Communities Accessing Resilient Energy Storage (CARES) project, which will install upcycled EV batteries in affordable housing complexes in California and a Native American community in Minnesota.https://www.energy-storage.news/vanadium-flow-battery-pnnl-and-invinity-launch-24-hour-project-in-texas/
