Headline: Declaration of Quarterly Interim Dividends

The Directors have declared fourth quarterly interim dividends for the year ending 31 May 2024 as follows. These dividends are payable on 10 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 26 April 2024.

The shares will be marked ex-dividend on 25 April 2024.

oh good news, votes have passed. I need to do the calculations but I think if anyone tendered all their shares they will get about 40% accepted at 2% less than NAV. NAV was 197 so the tender price would be 193p although may be less after today.

Here is the timetable for this week. Tender results today and the Class meeting is tomorrow. I'm hopeful the class meeting succeeds but not confident.

A lot more buys than usual today but you'll have to rush if you want to get your votes in. Nominee account holders may have to give their broker's instructions by close of play tomorrow.
I've voted for all resolutions and tendered my full 35,000 shares.

If any condition is not satisfied (other than those relating to a Partial Consolidation), the Proposals will not become effective, the Company will not proceed with any of the Proposals and instead will continue in existence with the current Share classes and Articles. In these circumstances, the Directors will reassess the options available to the Company at that time.


There needs to be at least of third of total shares casting a vote.

Yes. I don't think the total number of votes cast passed a pre-defined threshold.
I'm disappointed but I bought another 9K today on an 18%-19% discount because I see this as a win win.

One the assumption the resolutions pass then anyone buying this now is in effect buying the Global shares. IVPG.

Tender Offers

I'm buying again at 154p with the NAV at 188p

As part of the conversion to a global oriented trust shareholders can tender 15% at the NAV which is 22% upside from here.
