24/5/2018 16:49 | All the following IMHO DYORI know that the system saying buy or sell is a best estimate however today seems to be almost entirely buys but only a minute rise? | dandanactionman
24/5/2018 08:41 | The new team at the top have been drawn from the same pool/type of talent as the rest of the corporates - with massive bonuses - why should they be any different ? | fenners66
23/5/2018 18:13 | Eodfire - I want the company sorted out as much as any other investor here! Things I heard last night enlightened me as to how the £60m hole became £160m on the EfW and I can understand that. It is all the other debt I could not fathom but I am much better informed now. It is easy to buy work amd reward yourself with big salaries and bonuses - those executives are all gone now. I just hope the new team aren't here to take the proverbial!! | the juggler
23/5/2018 18:03 | A good day to provide us with your story juggler as we watch the Sp moving down... probably just a coincidence. Of course you wouldn't be making it up, who would do that on a bb? Anyhow, onward and upward with the share price medium / long term imo. I'm expecting short term volatility but hoping to see higher lows over the next few months. | eodfire
23/5/2018 16:53 | Cj2 I spend some 150 nights a year in hotels up and down the UK. He was asked who had made booking and he replied "Interseve" not hard is it? Most hotels are full of business people in the week we are almost always traveling solo, armed with a a laptop and hog all the tables and work in the early evenings, often vying for nearby sockets to boost our batteries. I have been investing here since 2001 and have no reason to invent stories. If you are refrring to that Building by the NEC you will disocver there are few people of consequence housed there. All the movers and shakers are at Capital Tower opposite Waterloo Station. The guy told me this is the second time this year that the Hotel Booking firm have stopped making their bookings and invoicing the IRV direct. He was paying his own bill under sufferance as he had an 8.00am meeting with a valued Client this morning and he was not prepared to get up at 3.30am to do the traveling. He also told me he would be working from home until IRV sort it out. As he rightfully said "why should I bankroll the Company" | the juggler
23/5/2018 16:29 | And they have killed everyone who is due their pension !!! Utter cobblers juggler and how fortuitous for you to be there at the exact moment he was booking in. Did he have a interserve uniform on ? All staff pay for their accommodation and claim it back monthly as with travel. Beautiful new subsidised cafeteria in the new head office where I was yesterday and they had also pre booked my trains and hotel in town. | cj62
23/5/2018 15:56 | Interserve are currently making their staff pay for their own hotel bills - I was behind a very irate gent from IRV who booking into same hotel as me last night. He was very happy to discuss the company and did not have anything positive to say! Massive redundancies throughout to try and stem losses on contracts with negative margins..... He was very annoyed the new CEO got a 125% bonus whilst he will get nothing in terms of a payrise, or a bonus and to cap it all as a shareholder he won't be getting any dividends either. Goodness knows where this company will ever find the money to pay their debts! This was once a great company with a steady growth. A sad state of affairs here. | the juggler
23/5/2018 12:32 | Was being facetious Losses. Hope margin is much better. Say 10% would do! | windrushg
23/5/2018 11:55 | Is it really 2% or have you guessed the margin on this contract? | losses
23/5/2018 11:22 | 15 million contract with met. police at 2% margin=300k profit. I agree, we do need a steady stream of these now! Hopefully at sustainable margins. | windrushg
23/5/2018 10:32 | Need a steady stream of these now. Great news. Public finances looking better than they have in a long time, election could come anytime, spending splurge coming? | gregpeck7
16/5/2018 08:25 | That is exactly why shorttracker is pants. Citadel increases by 0.04% but because positions <.5% aren’t shown it looks like the jump is bigger than it actually was. There could be many more positions of 0.5% or lower. There also seems to be a major lag in the updating of positions. The biggest indication for as to what the hedge funds are doing is the SP! | obiwoncanary
15/5/2018 23:28 | Disclosed positions on shorttracker suddenly jumped to 6.37%. Hoping this is just a blip as was trending downwards lately! Nice little tick up in share price though today so hope it continues tomorrow. Some good news for a change could be the catalyst for a re-rating! | da vinci1
15/5/2018 12:56 | Poor little fanny... :) | losses
15/5/2018 12:40 | love you fenners....am I the only one that ever says that too you? Poor little fenny | cfc1
15/5/2018 09:38 | inconsequential | dealy
15/5/2018 09:12 | Good to see the bounce has arrived. Hope we keep the gains today. Great op for shorts to close yesterday. | eodfire
14/5/2018 22:03 | dealy's "no consequence" event and the share price is now down 17.2 % What if something bad was announced....? | fenners66 |
