Shorts still at 5.8% on short tracker (although there’s usually a bit of a delay). share price briefly tested a 115p high and now is fairly buoyant at 105p. I suspect it will trade around that mark until confirmation of vote and green light on refinancing later today or on Monday. I don’t know what the upside is but the Liberum target of 180p seems fair for the short term. I would advise holders to sit tight until at least summer. I will. Let the shorters sweat some gold.

Great to be 'sitting pretty' in a 'Fit for Growth' company with massive upside. Won't be tempted to sell any as it has multi-bagger potential mid-long term.

Strictly speaking, Jeffian is correct. Having said that, if today we have confirmation of refinancing I would expect the upward momentum to continue. As for Monday FY2017 results, we have been told that TOP is in the mid £70m and year end debt approximately £513m. I am not sure what the magnitude of “exceptionals” will be - a further provision of £35m for EfW was announced but there’s bound to be more as I do not expect a net profit - and how big the write down of Goodwill and other non-cash items will be - again, if it is less than 40% the balance sheet will be fine (well, the bottom line will be - they will need to sort out “net debt”, which is what they are doing). No point. It's not the "AGM" where you can ask questions etc, it's just a GM to ratify the necessary changes to borrowing limits as a precursor to the refinancing.

"The purpose of the General Meeting is to obtain shareholder approval to increase the borrowing limit of the Group contained in the Company's Articles and to ratify any possible existing breach of the borrowing limit. The increase in the current borrowing limit is required as significant balance sheet write-downs are expected to be contained in the 2017 Financial Statements."

The annual results are due to be announced on 30/4 and the AGM will follow some weeks later.

Exactly eod. This is what makes me so excited about this share the fact it was trading in the 600’s and the majority of holders will have an avg multiples of where we are now. Unfortunately I can’t hold long term as this is destined for the 300’s long term. Right now 150 is realistic short term I feel. Been a rough ride since I bought in back in September but think my stop is approaching :) good luck all

This was a good short from 600 - 200. Not down at these levels imo. Very dangerous.
