03/1/2018 12:07 | AND if I was wrong then WHY are all the institutions holding or slightly increasing their stakes | cfc1
03/1/2018 12:06 | Juggler...cant disagree with your post....what I would say is that at 100p the share price reflected total end of Interserve which is NOT happening. So fair value is well north of current price | cfc1
03/1/2018 11:46 | The EfW costs cannot be known at this time. YOu need to understand where the costs are coming from and then you will understand. Multiple local authorities need to use the EfW to reduce waste going to landfill. Whilst the EfW is not available then landfill is the only option. Each time a 24 tonne refuse vehicle passes over the weigh bridge into the landfill a cost is incurred. These costs are not insignificant and have been rising annually (landfill taxes). The LAs will be recovering these costs from Interserve. These refuse vehicles are operating almost constantly. To bring the sorry mess to an end will require: The EfW plant to be completed The EfW plant to be operational The EfW plant to operate at the efficiency agreed in the Contract. This could all take time - particularly to reach the agreed efficiencies - let's hope that the deisgners were not too gung-ho with their calculations. So whilst the rest of the businesss is in fair shape and improving with the "Fit for Growth" strategy, the EfW will be an issue until probably Q3 this year. | the juggler
03/1/2018 11:27 | 150 is my first milestone. Think that’s baked in now | obiwoncanary
03/1/2018 11:20 | i think we can look forward to a VERY positive update from Interserve and probably feb.. the restructuring is almost done. The changes made and reorg/exit of some businesslines in hand.. expect a very positive 2018! Even then we only see 150-200 this year but might fly on annoucements | cfc1
03/1/2018 10:50 | Agree warranty I am hoping they have over estimated the efw liability. If so it’s boom time | obiwoncanary
03/1/2018 10:38 | dont know Warrenty.. I think the share price reflected the debacle of EFW - dropping from £7 to 62p which I always said was WAY overdone given contract backlog et al. So what we are seeing now is some sensibility coming back into the share price One simple fact is a new CEO joins RIGHT around the time of the profit warnings, then hires (who you let her hire if no future for business?!) then fires and adds to the board...then PWC in with new strategy AND working directly with teams in Interserve So I think we get new banking loan agreements(called covenants - why we cant just talk in English!) anyway then we see the new Interserve......all in all...its why I piled in ! | cfc1
03/1/2018 10:27 | Hope so cfc, this is one of my worst investments to date. Just hoping the money allocated to resolve the EFW problem is enough or better still more than actually needed? | warranty
03/1/2018 10:03 | there is resolution.. company made major board changes before xmas, PWC helping with strategy and restructure. 'old' board members out. new CEO doing all the right things. Big wins last year. Lenders are going to be comfortable that new 'regime' will turn the ship around. Buyers can see it too thats why share price is now getting back to something sensible....120 next and possibly 150 sooner than I thought .... | cfc1
03/1/2018 09:56 | There's obviously something going on, this trend is steepening all the time. Basically a good company just stuffed by that EFW contract. Hopefully there is a resolution in the making and it can be put behind us. | warranty
03/1/2018 09:52 | I thought I had a good contact too. The tip I got was 3 weeks premature. I still have a tidy return but this is going to go ballistic imo. | obiwoncanary
03/1/2018 09:48 | i do see it...i thought it was waaaayyyy oversold and now we are seeing sense.... i have good contact into company too! | cfc1
03/1/2018 09:31 | Hope so, I’m in big hoping for 200 by summer | obiwoncanary
03/1/2018 09:18 | here we go! breakout territory. next stop is 120p ..but this is the recovery stock of the year....wouldnt be surprised to see 150 and sooner than we think.... | cfc1
02/1/2018 15:38 | If they can sort out the issues 500 over the next 3 years will be achievable along with re-in stating the div. | losses
02/1/2018 13:24 | Losses, this will be a great investment in 2018.... Stock didnt quite hit 100p but it will shortly if not today.....its an easy 200p stock this year. Better return than Bitcoin for last month! Business continues as normal and PWC strategy work with board almost done...lenders will be impressed not to mention the gov't strategic supplier list...... | cfc1
02/1/2018 08:18 | Troubled Interserve emerges as Government's largest strategic supplierInterserve has topped the list of the Government's strategic suppliers in 2017 despite a turbulent few months in which it risked breaching its debt covenants and halved its profits. The company won £938m of contracts issued by the Government this year, equivalent to 11pc of the total, according to data firm Tussell. | losses
29/12/2017 12:06 | come on ...only 5p to hit 100p by end of year....I expect a big big rally in Jan Feb - target price of 150-200. | cfc1
27/12/2017 17:35 | DanDan.....naw - this was a BS day....program trades and someone getting in cheaper....such tiny share transactions affecting ...still wondering if we will hit 100p by new year | cfc1
27/12/2017 13:45 | All the following imho dyorWe were "due" a down day for Irv. As per my previous comment this level was approx peak last time? Will we hold 90p? Will we go higher? | dandanactionman
21/12/2017 15:14 | Hi Dan, nothing confirmed from a technical point of view, BUT this looks like a strong candidate for a trend reversal and a share price recovery to me. Small resistance point now, but likely to retest £1, over the next few weeks IMO | wallywoo
21/12/2017 14:59 | All the following imhoAppears the early November Irv price rally peaked at this level? Will this reach a higher level this time? | dandanactionman
20/12/2017 16:02 | All the following imho dyor Very nice run up on these, although on low volume. Question now is what will new year bring? CLLN still seems to be in a very bad way as a competitor? | dandanactionman
18/12/2017 16:02 | think it will pass 100...did say that it could get there pre xmas......the extended loan period is the iron out detail, get strategy set and sort final leg of reorg.. 150p EASILY by mid feb....will run faster than Bitcoin will from here! Sold all Bitcoin now too. | cfc1
18/12/2017 15:46 | Hopefully this leg up should take us to around 95 | losses |
