Also in the update was

"Taxation

Our appeal against the Polish Tax Chamber's decisions for 2008 and 2009 was heard in the Warsaw District Administrative Court in March and the court found in our favour. The court's decision however remains subject to the Tax Chamber's right to appeal when the written judgement is issued by the court."

Good to see that too!

Costax, is it not a bit early to be going to the pub anyway?

Yes, considering everything good set of results with right focus on managing risk.Once pandemic eases post 2021 as others have said can imagine this returning to 100 to 150p once again and then hopefully upwards trend years thereafter.Once dividend gets reinstated hopefully in 2021 at today's share prices will also be giving a very high dividend as well of 20% plus at recent share prices.

Bought a few of these bad boys yesterday. Very quiet and under the radar which I like.

Never mind the 7.75% 2023, I'm just praying they pay me back the May 2020!

Looking at the share price and the bond price I can only assume the market perceives considerable risk about the ability of IPF's sub-prime customers to pay.

Now 35p, where is the floor?

The 2023 as moved 12.2% today, Is it fair to assume that the risk in the balance sheet was perceived as overdone? This is still only 64p in the £1 for 3.5 years survival. The reality as to be that if they can survive 3 months they are likely to trade out with potentially more requests from a wider audiance post covid 19.
At 45p for the ordinaries is the risk downgrade overdone? On a survival assumption it looks too cheap on debt and equity

If you think this company is a survivor look at the 7.75% Loan 2023 at around 58.Flat yield is 14% ,25% to redemption

Brave soul who buys it now, although I think someone related to one of the directors bought quite a few recently. Gone down ever since...
