Yes but one sell at 6p and over £2m buys at 6.75p. Long term still looking good, but it's such an illiquid stock.

They must be a mistake I guess. Shame we ended level yesterday but I guess the overhang is still in place.

That's one hell of a lot of trades. I checked there too and didn't see them though - odd? Anything at 6.75p would be buys... Can see them now on the other website, so what kick started that flurry of activity I wonder and how long have they been delayed from - yesterday or before?

Can only see about 300000, which is only about £20000. Bit disappointed to have finished even. I thought we were on our way. let's see what the press make of it - if anything.

James there showing as L trades which are late. Any delayed trades (6 x NMS) will always show as O trades. These have been held back. IMHO

Hi Martin, thanks for that, good update. The trades appear to be delayed by two hours if over 6k in size, so anything above £350!

No the 's' is meant to be there. He certainly sound very upbeat about the future.

I think also the syringe trials were delayed so that they had the infrasturcture as well as sales teams in place to deliver to all NHS hospitals and trusts.

Thanks for reporting Martin. Bit disappointed with the delay but if it all goes ahead then fair do's. It does seem logical to put the sales team in order first.

The contract for defribillators might have got a bit overlooked this morning but I'm sure it will be picked up on by those shrewd investment people eventually.

Large contracts - is that what they said or has the s got added? Did mean to ring myself so thanks again for clarrifying the syringe comment.

Guys just had a quick chat with the company

The trials are starting this month this was delayed due to the intergration of Response. They felt it was important to sort out the sales teams etc before progressing. They are still looking for acquistions and are currently building a war chest (sounds good). On the sales front it all sound very promising with regards to large contracts not just on the needle front. Results will only have about 6 months turnover for Meddis but I am sure there will be a further trading update then.

There was alot he could not tell me which always makes me feel good so there sounds like a lot going on that could be price sensitive :)

International Medical's Response Medical turns in robust FY performance

LONDON (AFX) - International Medical Devices PLC said its subsidiary Response Medical Equipment Ltd enjoyed a robust period in the year to end-March 2006 with pretax profit up 18 pct to 1.2 mln stg on turnover up 13 pct to 7.1 mln.

During the year Response Medical again secured a major contract with the Ministry of Defence, this time for the supply of defibrillators, the group added.

Following the acquisition of Response Medical, which was completed last month, International Medical said it is integrating it with Meddis and will now press ahead with the launch over the coming months of 'Clip-On', its proprietary safety needle, into the NHS.

martin, note you're doing well in this month's stock challenge and this little rise so far will help you a bit more.

Didn't select these this month but have them in the InvestaQuest competition. Doing well there and in the year challenge so far. Hope it continues.
