Well we merry three will surely have a good year with INT. With a NMS of 1000 shares, just about all trades will be delayed.

As it's just ticked up, I presume there's some bus to show later.

Excellent news from Response. On a pe 15-20 this alone should give a share price of 8-10p. if you're right about Meddis then we have serious under valuation.

Like you I wasn't sure about the "Clip-on" news. Does it mean they've started the launch and are now developing it or does it mean they have delayed the launch and are about to start it? Hope it doesn't dampen sentiment.

James I worked out that the turnover at Meddis for the year to be in the region of £2.5 mill I would of thought PBT will be around £1.5mill with the current share price undervalues this company greatly. I intend to be a long term holder and expect when the results come out there will be a further update and a rerating of the share price.

Hi Martin, yes that bit is strangely worded, I'm guessing it's not yet sorted, but still on track. Response have had a nice steady year and with their profit alone of £1.2m wouldvalue INT at this level, so Meddis is a freebie.

It also demonstrates what good value the purchase was at £6.3m

Shame they haven't updated on Meddis, but we already know it had a great start to the year. Should be blue today..

Morning all

James looks as if you have done well on UEN well done and IEC. Just hope COP goes the same way next week.

Nice trading statement today. Have they got the needle contract, it sounds like it

Following the acquisition of Response Medical, which was completed last month,
IMD Plc is integrating it with Meddis and will now press ahead with the launch
over the coming months of 'Clip-On', its proprietary safety needle, into the
NHS.

Martin, I'm big into UEN and IEC and they've not had a shabby week either ;0)

I'll have a look at your two, don't know anything about CUX..

Hi Martin, at least there's little sells, so share should hold up well ahead of next news which should be soon - he says hopefully. Have a good weekend.

Wonder if they meant April 2007 LOL

Looks as if the over hang is still in place until that has cleared I feel this will not be moving much unless news appears.

No deal yet with NHS, but if we're lucky we may get announcement this week. I'm sure it's not factored into share price and the first safe needle deal should see the price get back above 8p.

It doesn't take much to move the price, but it's still weak as you can only sell a few online.

Looks as if they are raising about £2.4million in the dual listing. Wonder if they have been given the nod from certain people in Africa.

Lets hope INT get the nod from the NHS.....

Sorry I meant 6.45p lol

Yep thats what i mean the safe needle product.

Trials begin in five NHS Trust hospitals of IMD's ClipOnTM safe needle device
later this month and the needle buyer for the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency
(PASA) has agreed to support the fast-track launch of the Company's products
into the Service for launch in April.

Markets were closed at 6.45! :)

Do you think we'll get news about this:-

"In addition the needle buyer for the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (PASA) has agreed to support the fast-track launch of the Company's safe needle products into the NHS for launch in April."

Well at least it stayed Green today. Cancelled my buy order but picked another 10K up at 6.45 yesterday. Will top up some more if it dips again.

Lets hope for an update in the next few days on how well the trial is going.

208.82M shares at a market cap of £13.57M.

I agree, any profits above 1m makes this cheap. If they continue with the present growth and they secure the contracts we would be looking at a prospective PE less than 10.

I've been adding up all the new shares issued and reckon that in total 101,199,000 shares have been issued at an average of 5.6p. This brings the total number of shares to about 210m and a valuation of £13.65m.

Turnover will be the new £6m plus hopefully £2.5m (at least) from Meddis, plus the new needles sales, so close to £10m and profits in excess of £1m. All in all for a growing company there appears to be plenty of upside.

Well you can buy at 6.5p now, so you'll probably get it filled sooner or later. I'm happy to hold at a loss for now..

Don't forget the acquisition last year was here which is also doing well:-

Seems IMD acquires very good companies. Plenty of growth perhaps.

You can buy at 6.8p, so any trades going through will be shown as sells. You can't sell many though so it won't take many sells for this to become a good top up time.

Seems like we're not going backwards, so hold on chaps this should get past 10p next month if the NHS contract comes good, looking very undervalued. IMHO

I think many would join you.

Response Medical don't seem a bad outfit either:-
