I see they have revamped the web site. Looks very good to me.

Um sell while you can!!!!

Nope dont thing so, if you noticed the last 2 acquisitions were done by issuing shares as part payment @7p to the companies not by raising money through a open share issue. Also the cash was raised by a new borrowing facility.

And what final report is this

'The final report makes interesting reading. The Chairman (from OZ) is living the high life from this company taking a nice fat £150K+ fee - What for??'

This company is due to make a profit in the second half and when we hear the news on ClipOn could easily double and if not triple. It is currently well undervalued imho

I heard on the grapevine that INT were looking to give its broker CS the boot. Whatch out CS (Mike Coe).

Since the internal stoush at CS and RD struggling to raise money in the past there is no way this company can, according to its strategy, grow by acquisition, without the financial support of its broker.

Also, if they want to raise money at current levels they are going to struggle unless its at 3p and there is no way the board will go for that.

Looks like those shareholders who came in at 5p and above will loose for a while to come.

The final report makes interesting reading. The Chairman (from OZ) is living the high life from this company taking a nice fat £150K+ fee - What for??

Also, i thought that Freidlander was supposed to be step down? They must be keeping him on to maintain the numbers on the board since Sanford EMS pals have resigned. Sanford's track record is not very good and he hasn't done anything else since being in London with IST and TVR falling

No good news down the track, unless the marvelled "Clip-on" after nearly 5 years takes off.

Sell while you can

Probbaly bob, it's quit an illiquid stock and you normally get some action when the mm's lift the bid limit.

The NMS is very small, so nearly every trade is delayed by two hours, but this is a share to tuck away and watch in a years time.

Hi guys,
I'm new here. Nice results, but no volume. Whassup?

Edit. Aah, trades showing now. looks like a 62k rollover, then more sells than buys.

Peeps looking for an exit?

Now they were good.

Dividend next year, profit of over £400k before interest, looks as if it is not only the NHS trialing the needles, overseas clinicians and vets also. PLus we have in the near future we expect to negotiate a number of new distribution contracts.

Looks as if the rest of the year will be very exciting

Good luck all

And very good results they are too, 300k profit and a dividend from next year.

The only dissapointment is the slow progress with the ClipOn needles, but there's big potential there.

The share price certainly has room for some growth INHO.

Well you may have a shell, not to sure about the cash bit though! Why dont you ask Chris Thomas, he is the slippery eel behind this fiasco, he may be lurking on the INT thread, being that he is the CEO of both companies, maybe he is planning to shaft those sharehoders as well!!!!!!As for informing you ,Thomas does not belief in sharehoders only fleecing them!

I wonder why with all these people holding over 3% of stock we have not had any RNS's declaring their holdings.

Surely somthing is amiss there???

Wouldnt know James as I dont intend to sell, not for a long while. But I see your point and there always seems to be alot of buying I wonder if somebody has short position or holds on a t25 etc as there have been some large rollover recently.

As the report shows it is a growth stock so I will just sit back and wait. :)

Martin, the thing I've never liked about this share is the way the brokers don't want the stock. The online limit is back to 3,750 to sell, that's just over £100 worth and doesn't inspire me to rush back in. I hope it changes over the next couple of weeks.

That's a really good detailed report and 14.7p sounds about right. From what they say, there won;t be any more aquisitions in the near future, so they can bed in the current companies.

With @ 65% of the shares tightly held, it looks a good play and interims are out 27th March, so I may try and get back in before then.

Well the research note values the company at 14.7p so is that really a fair assesment or is this just very cheap.

I see clipOn hope to hear from the PASA in H1 that will be good news and then we have the US and Canada aproval in H2.

Any one else have a view

I'm also impressed they can get their interims out within a month of the period end. Implies a tight ship I hope - either that or they're full of bean counters.
