18/4/2023 20:21 | Morelike the Socialist Workers are angry - they always are! lol | isis
18/4/2023 18:58 | Well I suppose it depends on the individual deliverer but if you live in Central/Inner London leaving a Parcel on the Doorstep is not a good idea. There are people roaming the Streets looking for them unfortunately. | isis
18/4/2023 18:40 | Ohhh you are sooo wrong. I've had RM dump parcels on my doorstep and walk off. Oddly, they'll take a photo of an item half hanging out of the letterbox but not the items dumped on the doorstep. What you need is a camera to film your parcel arriving and being liberated. | casholaa
18/4/2023 17:53 | Evri left a parcel outside my door which was taken. I had no idea it was there, they admitted responsibility and said the ebay seller should claim off them. The ebay seller has just been wasting my time saying they're looking into it. It's not ebay itself but the time wasting meant I couldn't claim off ebay as was too late. A total farce all because Evri chucked it at the Door. Never have this problem with RMG. | isis
18/4/2023 17:29 | isis - what happened with Evri/eBay? | 31337 c0d3r
18/4/2023 10:32 | I think Thomson will go after this debacle is over. imo. Royal Mail are very much my deliverer of choice, just had a Parcel through the door, was updated all the time and confirmation of delivery by email even though signature was not required. Still haven't got my money back from Evri/Ebay from January - all buckpassing. | isis
17/4/2023 16:43 | I do agree with you, but it appears that many of the employees and unionsters won't help the company, they aren't worth the headache, better to cut them loose and let them do what they want so they can't cause IDS anymore damage. | casholaa
17/4/2023 16:36 | Casholaa, My thinking was always that ditching RM was very much second prize. If RM can be turned into a profit maker then 2 winners are better than 1. My worst case scenario is still RM into administration = share price around £4 due to GLS valuation of £4 bn. Best case is RM profit of £4-500m = share price around £7-£10. (Average P/E ratio for sector is around 10) NMRN | not my real name
17/4/2023 16:20 | I think, and I only 'think' this, is that any pretty much any deal at this stage may help the share price Shame we can't unload RM though. | casholaa
17/4/2023 16:09 | Well if this is a speculative rise it will be good to see the rise with confirmation of deal! | gswredland
17/4/2023 15:24 | PEC will 'consider' the negotiated agreement today & tomorrow and likely put to the RM staff by Friday. | casholaa
17/4/2023 15:08 | Casholaa, "Hopefully a 'No' vote as RM has imho been too generous" -------------------- I haven't seen the deal yet. Do you have a link? NMRN | not my real name
17/4/2023 13:31 | Hopefully a 'No' vote as RM has imho been too generous. If only IDS could just wash their hands of RM instead.... Oooph | casholaa
17/4/2023 13:23 | Now lets see what they can do with the £12bn+ turnover. Great potential here. Sold off too cheaply for £3.3bn over 8 years ago according to MP's estimates. HMG took away the main burden of legacy pensions. Here we are today at well below that level, but with great opportunities. Gradually there will be a culture change but it is taking time. Hard to believe we will ever re-visit the lows of recent times again. Hoping for a £5+ share price over the next 2-3 years, 100% potential rise. | careful
17/4/2023 00:47 | Full year expected loss over 350m where profit last year | blackhorse23
17/4/2023 00:44 | Yes but company is in bad shape , loss will not cover for another 2 years | blackhorse23
16/4/2023 11:04 | Deal announced | hotshot6
15/4/2023 22:06 | Should be £3 in a very short space of time as long as the company has the changes required. Cash cost of settlement is pretty much irrelevant, it's all about the T & Cs. Fingers crossed. NMRN | not my real name
15/4/2023 21:47 | I agree they have to now win back lost business and prove to customers they can do what those customers pay them to do. | tuftymatt
15/4/2023 21:25 | How many customers have they lost in the meantime? I've noticed a lot more deliveries coming with Yodel's JJD* tracking numbers where it used to always be Royal Mail or Evri. I had to add Evri and Yodel as alternate delivery options in my listings last Christmas, and since I've done all the investigations and work setting them up, I'll leave them in despite the pay deal. | 31337 c0d3r
15/4/2023 19:35 | Yeah it's on the BBC news too. Got to be good news for the share price come Monday and hopefully well beyond that too 👍🏻 | tuftymatt
