Sad because the tech is good it's just the engineers and financiers have screwed the story for equity holders.

I have seen in the past the Company survives and thrives despite the shareholders having been wiped out.

Better cars on the market than that ash and with longer legs
Wouldn't buy an EV myself just now ... maybe in about 3 years when they get cheaper still due to competition plus some of the points you raise are addressed

as others have said

when the board state there is little or no value left for equity holders they always mean no value. It never means there will be some transformational recovery deal or a white knight to save equity holders

Tt, it was obvious that any business sale would provide money only for creditors, not shareholders. only obvious though by reading previous RNSs. When people say dyor, they sometimes actually mean it!!
