Dean --- Either the consolidation route through M&A activity or a replacement five year bond that rolls up the Meditor CLN looks to be the most likely and least disruptive scenarios given that production is now ramping up through their FCM 800 series + Luxfer Zero emission Gen sets models 1 thru to 3 + Suzuki rising sales/ demand + EU/ Toyota automation project + rising UAV sales.

Thus IEH are experiencing a much better business climate going forward from April 1st and are in a better negotiating position well before needing to negotiate either terms of an M&A or a replacement Bond or COCO.

An interesting feature of the Luxfer-GTM relationship is that the two company's are collaborating together through a joint international marketing agreement. Maybe, Luxfer would make a very good partner for M&A given they have recently opened a very large new factory that includes an H2 R&D and production facility. To support and develop their pipeline of hydrogen based product lines.

NOTE THAT LAST YEARS REPORT about the UAV industry said:

•Growth in the enterprise sector will outpace the consumer sector in both shipments and revenues as regulations open up new use cases in the US and EU, the two biggest potential markets for enterprise drones.

That forecast therefore means the Pro UAV market will be worth more than $8 Billion USD/ Year. Which is an enormous market for IEH to tap into with their lightweight, high energy fuel cell tech.

This is just hype.. there is no authenticated number for valuations which is wetted by financial or rating agency. So can't believe

I don't know where yahoo get their valuations from. I asked about that some weeks ago. I presume Yahoo are not plucking figures out of thin air.

Panasonic are moving into supplying Europe with Combined Heat and Power HFCs (already sold 1,000 in Germany ... they're starting in the UK and Austria) .... ibug has mentioned "consolidation" in this sector and ... I can see competitors making a bid for IEH to A. get rid of a competitor and B. get their hands on IEH's IP. If the company incl the IP is valuied at over a billion dollars (according to yahoo), I seem to remember that working out at about 5 quid per share ...

"Share Price Performance Relative to Peers

Compared to peers, relative underperformance over the last year is in contrast with the more recent outperformance.

IEH-GB‘s share price performance of -65.25% over the last 12 months is below its peer median but its 30-day trend in share price performance of 58.06% is better than the peer median. This recent rising stock price may herald a change in relative share price performance."

So, if the co plus IP is worth 1.32 billion and IEH owe Meditor 45 million (prices in dollars) 1320000000.00 minus 45000000.00 equals 1275000000.00 divided by number of shares in issue (206240000)equals 6.182 PER SHARE ... divide by 1.27 equals £4.86 at current dollar to sterling exchange rates making this potentially a 6 bagger ..... feel free to pick holes in this and yes, I know ... everything is worth what you can get for it

The cost of the PINC lightweight drones fitted with an RFID detector and a high resolution camera with software to identify and count would likely cost about $5000USD with volumes that could reach far more than some pessimists understand.

The company clearly makes most of it's revenue from powerful inventory and logistics software designed for large scale plants/ warehouses. UAV/DRONES is one of their most important tools that will become a consumable for Corporations who store or transport on a large scale.

FLIPSTER NEEDS TO DO SOME READING lol.

Here are some of the key takeaways from the report:

•We project revenues form drones sales to top $12 billion in 2021, up form just over $8 billion last year.

•Shipments of consumer drones will more than quadruple over the next five years, fueled by increasing price competition and new technologies that make flying drones easier for beginners.

•Growth in the enterprise sector will outpace the consumer sector in both shipments and revenues as regulations open up new use cases in the US and EU, the two biggest potential markets for enterprise drones.

•Technologies like geo-fencing and collision avoidance will make flying drones safer and make regulators feel more comfortable with larger numbers of drones taking to the skies.

•Right now FAA regulations have limited commercial drones to a select few industries and applications like aerial surveying in the agriculture, mining, and oil and gas sectors.

•The military sector will continue to lead all other sectors in drone spending during our forecast period thanks to the high cost of military drones and the growing number of countries seeking to acquire them.

@investorfc expert because they won't. HFC Drones are ultra-high cost use Drones, not your £25 or £250 Drones, they are likely to be around £10,000 in total cost, with HFCs included. PINC aren't going to sell 10,000 or 20,000 £10,000 Drones.

Better Business Climate = MORE PRODUCTION ---- THIS STOCK IS A BARGAIN @7p or 8p once the company proves it's manufacturing capability as it is currently ramping up production across a range of products the share price will start reflecting a more accurate and much higher valuation.

PINC selected by Inbound Logistics magazine to its 2017 list of Top logistics technology providers

PINC named TOP 100 Logistics IT provider for boosting supply chain performance and customer service while cutting overall logistics costs for customers

ALAMEDA, Calif., April 19, 2017 -- PINC, the #1 provider of yard management systems (YMS), finished vehicle logistics solutions, and inventory robotics to the world's largest brands, has been selected 2017 TOP Logistics IT provider by Inbound Logistics magazine.

Once truckers bring containers into its yard, the company's nine switchers take over. They are responsible for moving containers in the yard, and bringing them to the door to unload contents. A magnetic radio frequency identification (RFID) tag is affixed to each container to track its location utilizing RFID readers and GPS sensors mounted on spotter trucks.

The company recently launched the cloud-based yard management system from PINC Solutions. Through this technology, both employees and shippers have visibility into the status of containers—whether they are in transit, arrived at the facility, in the process of being unloaded, already unloaded, or have been emptied and checked out.

"We can pull this information up on an app, and see every container," says Overley. "We have visibility into every shipment in the yard. We have the yard mapped out into key locations from a GPS standpoint."

The big earner for PINC is inventory management and logistics software. That is why their website has so much information about it.

TRY JOINING UP THE DOTS IMO....lol

THE #1 YARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The world's leading brands use PINC's advanced yard management system to gain visibility, manage gate, dock, assets, yard and network operations more efficiently, and effectively collaborate with trading partners.

The company serves the top 500 US corporations and their global plants/ warehouses with their tech. That should equate to a steady stream of quite significant orders. In early May after their main customers trialed the H2 powered UAV/ Drones the company said that they would be changing all their UAV systems to being HFC powered.

That means a lot of drone business for IEH. Plus, quite a number of other UAV manufacturers have bought evaluation fuel cells from IEH and perhaps some of those evaluations will translate into more new customers.

How can one assume that 10,000 to 20000 drone would be supplied by IEH only. If you look at the PINC website, u won't find any update about their technology shift. If using Hydrogen over battery is great in drone markets then Why PINC is not incorporating into their USP( unique selling point) because it would be differentiator for them. So to remain dependent on PINC is of no use. Fact is that so far funding is not secured which is to be accepted and company is sitting on ultra high risk.

Therefore the business looks to be in a TURN-AROUND PHASE OF DEVELOPMENT -- and that is surely good news that might beat off the need of further funding often cited by the shorter's.

This weeks news story was excellent and it shows that the business climate for the H2 industry is improving greatly for IEH who are now beginning to catch up with its industry peers after implementing a credible business plan last September.

HERE IS A RECAP FROM WEDNESDAY THAT CLEARLY STATES 'ORDERS BEING TAKEN.

Loughborough based Intelligent Energy Holding PLC (LON:IEH) has today launched a new range of zero-emissions fuel cell technology.

The commercial product range, the FCM-800 series, comprises fuel cell modules suited to both stationary and portable applications, and are capable of delivering between one and four kilowatts.

It is an international launch and orders are now being taken, the company said.

Investors welcomed the news, with the London-listed share rising 14% in Wednesday’s early deals.

“The team has worked hard to deliver this new range and it is an exciting time for the company as we expand our product portfolio,” said Alistair Ball, director of product delivery.

“Importantly, the FCM-800 series is economically competitive and we are confident that our new product range will be well received."

Group chief executive Martin Bloom, meanwhile, said: "It has been a positive first year for product-led commercial development for the company.

“Since my arrival, we have outlined a new strategy to maximise commercial opportunities and build the business.

“We have been able to commercialise our world leading technology developed over a 30-year period. I am delighted to see this transitioning into a world class product range and the FCM-800 series is an important tool for our commercial team who will now be able to address clear market demand for this type of application."

Possible Revenues ------ We discussed this a while ago. But with this weeks new development stating that new orders were already being taken the analyst estimate for the year of 24 million is starting to look modest.

If the company are taking orders for the stationary or portable FCM 800 series fuels cells of about 1000 systems per month that may equate to a revenue of about 3 million/ month. Here were the previous estimates.

Leading market analysts have estimated revenues for this year to be about 24 million but there is the element of surprise:

Possible Revenues ---- Another way to look at this is by estimating volumes of amount of cross product orders being manufactured in the coming 9 months assuming that their customers show success in their marketing activities: namely those customers we know about already.

For PINC to continue as Americas top UAV provider to corporate America they will need to supply about 10,000 to 20,000 Drones with cameras and software fitted, And Luxfer to penetrate the market in California and New York successfully as they plan to yield orders of lets say 5000 products.

Then as a guesstimate the revenue would be about 35 million. Rising year on year there after.

SO REVENUES ARE NOW CERTAINLY ON THE RISE AFTER WEDNESDAYS ANNOUNCEMENT.

But for a definitive answer try asking the company if their production lines are busy.

New product announcement is not the news we were looking for, but at least it's positive I guess. If someone could post the actual full quote of 'order being taken' please that would be great as I've sifted through the RNSes and I can't seem to find it actually saying that. Of course 'orders are being taken' and 'orders can now be taken' are two different things...

They are definitely trying as hard as they can, but as I'm sure I posted almost a year ago, is it too late? It would be a massive shame if they failed to make this work as it is now, but it may well be the case as they were just too late to change tack.

I love the product and the idea - although I mentioned it to a friend and their initial reaction was 'hydrogen? Well most people will think of explosions when you mention that'. Which I personally hadn't thought of at all - so there is potentially some stigma around it - although of course (thankyou!) all safety precautions will be taken and standards met or exceeded to ensure that issues don't occur - but was just trying to convey the layman initial PoV.

One thing that struck me was that Martin Bloom mentioned 'from when I got involved' - but he was a Non-Exec Director of the company before that...!

Actual, sizeable orders will make this fly but please don't think that their 'production line' will churn out more than a few hundred of these a month. It's a 'semi automated' production line, which means that it's 'semi manual'...

IEH has mentioned that "ORDERS ARE BING TAKEN" Which is good news for retail investors. But it's an surprise that new product launch and it's order both are flashed in single RNS. When IEH has made deal of 1 fuel cell with PINC drone maker, that time also they gave RNS nad this time orders are getting booked for FC 800 SERIES still there is no details provided. It seems only product launch is the news but order booking is just forward looking statement. It is heard that IEH are planning to shut down their Indian and Singapore office and will focus in US, Japan and China. In last 5 years, Indian operations has not able to generate even single penny which they consider as the biggest market for fuelcell. Indian government has already officially announced about their support to battery electric vehicle and Ola/ Uber has started their pilot programme with 200 + cars and auto. Initially they have not paid any attention and seems did not researched properly for south Asian countries demand and potential and now it seems they are late. Market is expecting strong and concrete news which assures retail investors to believe in IEH strategy and funding and next 5 years plan for successful survival. Missing out this information will lead to further deterioration of stock price and valuation. New management is trying hard but so far yet to be proven on ground.

Strange trades ---- last Tuesday there was a 20 share trade @full offer and the following day we got an RNS. Today there has been a 1 share trade @ full offer...perhaps more news coming. whatever, some say the MM's trade pending news with coded trades; perhaps they do.

If more news arrives that 1 share trade signaled more news flow...so lets wait and see imo.
